Personally, the location is perfect as I visit both Finland & Sweden. The breakfast (Cold buffet) is very good - great selection and fresh. The room we stayed - excellent. Roomy, excellent room facilites for both relaxing and working.

The Hot Breakfast buffet - very limited and on the days we stayed, not very hot. As its close to Sweden, I would recommend having meatballs on the menu for breakfast :)

Spacious room and bathroom. A small minibar in the room where you can keep your snacks cold. Nicely decorated. Breakfast excellent.

The air conditioning is certainly great in the heat, but it is placed directly next to the bed. Adjustments are limited and it gets chilly! On the website it says Sunday opening time is 10PM, when in reality the reception closes at 8PM. Note that on Sundays, you can't get food in the city after 7PM except at McDonalds.

Breakfast was very good, the room was recently refurbised therefore it was very cosy and quiet.

There wasn't a lift to use, my husband was really struggling to climb up to the 3rd floor due to his aching knees. He tried to use the wheelchair lift but it wasn't working every time. There was a lot of dust in the room and the bathroom sink wasn't clean.

Stayed in August 2024. Excellent location, and with parking at rear. Very spacious rooms. Nice beds. Good bathroom size. Toilet VERY low, but had grab rails if disabled. Large room and entry area, would have been good to have a luggage rack... but I used lounge chair for that. OK Breakfast with enough to choose from.

The location was perfect, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was tidy and roomy. No additional noise etc disturbed us. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Dining at the hotel was easy, delicious and great value for the money. Dog was welcome as a guest !

Super clean, quiet and elegant rooms, fantastic food (dinner and breakfast), great location near everything (shores, restaurants, mall, seafront). The staff were very kind and accommodating.

Tuuli handled short notice changes in our reservation due to train service disruptions. She continued to be extra helpful throughout our stay. Thank you Tuuli!!

Many things all done with a great touch. From stylish design in the rooms, breakfast choices varied and all better than expected, to quality soaps in the bathroom.

Excellent room size for the price and the bathroom was exceptional…would highly recommend to colleagues travelling on business to the region.

The property smelled like cat food, the room temperature was not suitable for a good sleep and couldn’t be changed.
