very slippery toilet floor, very2 low water pressure on upper floors, heaters not sufficient heating, broken furniture and very dangerous staircase slippery n no grip fr elderly people, NO HANDPHONE LINE!, NO water purification mec. no floor mat infront of toilets,

Simple check in. Just need to be ready with a refundable rm100 deposit. The checkout was also simple and easy. The apartment it self was clean and did have a pleasant stay.

The corridor of the apartment, the space in front of the lift/elevator should need more cleaning especially on the floor. While in the lobby of the ground floor there's worker moped the floor, but all the other floor and corridor seem not been moped or sweep for quite some time. Management should send more frequent cleaners to clean those areas.

Good location between Tanah Rata and Brinchang. Spacious room with a good range of facilities. Comfy bed. Balcony a nice touch. Close proximity to restaurants and convenience shops. Good view from the room, big windows let a lot of natural light into the rooms.

Very hard sofa was uncomfortable to sit on. Big gaps below the doors to outside. Some loud noises from surrounding area late at night. Confusing check in as hotel lobby is in a completely different building to the room. Building itself felt empty and disused.

heavy traffic coming in to the place due to night market, slippery toilet floor,no water purification mec, NO KIBLAH marking not muslim friendly, sejadah only have 1 min must have 2 and the one also very smelly, dark corridors af 7am, NO WIFI,not safe fr small kids as they can come in the kitchen and get hurt like opening the hot water tap,and toilet no lock outside to prevent small kids go in and get burn by hot water in the shower. needs king size bed ,queen size not enough fr 2 adults n 1 small kids sleeping, check in counter no parking space allocated very difficult.

Spacious apartment for family of 3. Got indoor slipper for use. - Should be nice if they provide carpet at living room. Didn't use TV cuz I bring projector for my baby to watch Didi n Frens😅

I got room at Block A. No view at all. I purposely choose this apartment for pasar malam view but unfortunately I got back view which is facing other bungalow and other people enjoying BBQ- Unable to open the sliding door at all😭😭😭
