The property was very clean , neat and modern .

The staff was amazing, and the property was gorgeous. We were greeted with a beautiful spread of cheese, meats, and crackers. The breakfast was delicious.

The location is beautiful. Arrive during the day to appreciate the scenery! There were no other properties close by so there were unmarred views of the countryside in every direction. The house was very clean and the rooms and bathrooms were plentiful and spacious. The bedding was soft and smelled good. There was a lovely pool which we didn't use but it was gorgeous. Everything in the house worked great. Lots of complimentary water which was welcome. Friendly staff and service.

No serious criticism! However, since you asked... Flor de Cera is not so close to the main road and the smaller roads to get there are dirt, bumpy and not lit at night. We had a large van with a driver to get us there so we didn't mind the dirt roads or lack of light, but those driving themselves should be prepared for an adventure! We were an active bunch, so we wanted to be able to go for a walk, but there really isn't a place for walking due to the dusty roads and random dogs roaming the area. If I were the owner, I would put in a walking path within the limits of the property. It is certainly large enough for a .25 mile path.

We rented the casita and it was outstanding. The house was a lot larger than the photos with beautiful high ceilings and spacious bedrooms. The pool and outdoor areas are beautiful, this is by far the best place to stay in valle

First time a get free chocolates and a bottle of wine as courtesy , every thing was great.

The bed was not soft and comfort, the mattress was hard.

It’s a beautiful property and the family who manages the venue is so warm and accommodating. The house is well stocked and beautiful. It is spacious and has spectacular valley views on all sides. We were there during a rainy few days so we didn’t use all of the available amenities on the property, but there was a great pool, lounge/deck and the fire pits arranged throughout the vineyard are inviting. It looks like they’re continuing to build shared amenities throughout the property (ex. Seats around a pond, wood fired pizza area, common rooms for events, etc) that will be awesome when the sun is out! There are restaurants and wineries in convenient proximity if you are driving. Recommend having a bigger car to get to the hotel/other venues if there is wet weather.

The only thing to know is that the hotel is off of a long (over a mile) dirt road and is difficult to navigate during wet weather. That said, the staff offered to escort us out on the last day to ensure we weren’t stuck along the way. They did everything they could to make a rainy stay enjoyable and safe!

The site is beautiful. We loved the garden, the pool, the house... everything was lovely and relaxing.

It was a little hard to find but worth the effort.

The place was perfect. Once you are there you dont want to leave. The staff is very courteous and helps in everything you need. The villas are really clean and comfortable. The complete grounds are just perfect. Me and my fiance enjoyed this weekend at this marvelous place. We will go back
