Very friendly and helpful staff, classy decor and very comfortable facilities.

Couldn't switch on the TV. Also, the designated number for reception (9) didn't work.

We enjoyed the homely atmosphere and the location was very convenient. Our needs were met and even when we had an issue with one of our rooms, the manager was able to provide an alternative room. So the staff were very pleasant and ensured we were comfortable.

There was unfortunately a problem with the aircon after a while as it started to blow hot air. However, the issue could be resolved easily and certainly before our next stay. So overall, it was a great experience. There is also little privacy due to the rooms having a frosted glass panel (only) between the bathroom and the bed. That was just a little different from the usual for us.

The rooms were very nice and modern, great customer service from staff. The dinner which was sea food macaroni, I'm inclined to believe that it was prepared by Gusto himself😉it was super devine,

Our aircorn in room 10 was not effective and the sliding door didn't open. Other than that I can recommend the accommodation.

Literally all the staff were so respectfully and friendly, on our arrival and during our stay. Breakfast was AMAZING and served on time 🙂 I also needed transport to the event I was attending and they made means to get me transportation.

There was no salon 😂 Spoke to one of the staff members, we agreed it is definitely a market to be explored. Honestly though I have no complaints and pointers, everything was great.

Booking was easy, the receptionist was very helpful, called, when we were running late to check if we were OK. Upon checking in, we went to check the restaurant on 3rd floor, it was very intimate, despite the vip roo. having been booked for a birthday party, we were accommodated and treated like royalty, the staff was amazing.

We took more than 1 room and I have previously reviewed it. We overall had a good stay and enjoyed the atmosphere. The manager was very friendly and accommodated us well. I loved that there were bar fridges in the rooms.

We were a little surprised by the glass partition between the bed and the bathroom, so it is open plan. It was different, but we definitely still enjoyed our stay overall.

We really enjoyed our stay,the hotel is situated almost close to every thing. the staff was so friendly and we are definitely going back to Nare.

If only the cleaning staff could clean thoroughly, more expecially the slidding door.

Overall, the accommodation was perfect for our needs, one night stay over in Kimberley. The room was clean.

Nothing came to our attention that needed improvement. The price of food in the restaurant is on the more expensive side.

The service in the restaurant was poor! Waitress didn't know what she was doing. She clearly had no training. The first three items that we tried to order were out of stock! Sigh....

Beautiful boutique hotel, so many special finishes, so much attention to detail. Very well equipped, including iron and board, kettle, coffee, fridge, towels, toiletries, hairdryer, hair straightener... The food at the rooftop restaurant was absolutely incredible, The best filet steak I have ever tasted. All the extras and the dessert - and the presentation - all by far exceeded my expectations. Chef Nelly is a hidden diamond! And all the staff were super accommodating and helpful.

Can get a bit noisy outside the room, when people are passing by or socialising upstairs (I was on the floor below the restaurant.)
