Everything about my stay was perfect, with every need meticulously taken care of. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the exceptional service provided by the staff. The rooms were not only spacious and comfortable, but also elegantly decorated and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the room amenities were top-notch, providing everything I could possibly need. The facilities at this guesthouse were outstanding. I particularly appreciated the serene ambiance, which made it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The common areas were well-maintained and inviting. Exceptional in every way. Customer service is 10 stars. The location (the street is lovely), rooms, ammenities were all fabulous. I had aircon in my room which was such a relief in the heat we experienced during our stay. The food was absolutely delicious and of a very high quality. The staff catered to my dietary needs without question, they were so friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem. They have a laundry service as well which was so helpful. I am going to miss Oleander!!

This is a beautiful, comfortable guesthouse in a central location, especially in this case where I attended a conference at Sol Plaatje University. The food was excellent - I also dined there one night and can recommend the dinner menu, as well as the breakfasts. The staff are so friendly that it felt like coming home in the evenings. The garden was lovely and the room I had was perfectly equipped for a short stay. I also appreciated having safe parking on the premises. In short, I recommend this as an exceptional choice when visiting Kimberley.

Enormous rooms, great pool, nice seating area by pool. Staff helpful. Safe and secure.

Evening meal okay but not outstanding. Shame that we missed breakfast on the second day but that was just bad luck with the national holiday/ morning flight. Some croissants to go that morning would have been amazing, we asked but maybe not possible. We did get some fruit and yoghurt though which was thoughtful.

The food was excellent and the service was superb.

We battled to get the balance between. The hot and cold taps in the shower. I ended up having a cold shower as I could not regulate the temperature. This was a problem with the taps at the basins too. I would recommend that this problem get resolved.

The manager was so friendly and helpful. He was always cheerful and went out of his way to assist us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Food was delicious. Menu was extensive. The bedrooms were so big and comfortable. There was a shower and a bath. The water was hot. There was a variety beverages to select from your room. Everything you needed and more! Will definitely visit again!

It was lovely, clean and comfortable, and with a great breakfast. Well located and the room was well stocked. The staff are amazing!

The room doesn't have windows or much privacy - you have to keep the blinds down all the time which isn't great. But it wasn't a huge issue.

The team and the owner were incredibly kind and accommodating. Both at breakfast and dinner, they were attentive to our dietary restrictions and even arranged for plant-based milk for our breakfast. The room was lovely, and the property was well-maintained. If we travel to Kimberley again, this hotel will be our first choice!

The location was safe well situated safe parking professional and kind staff nothing was too much we love the breakfast thanks that we can order what we like and leave what we don't like specially mixed the difference menue. Rooms was perfectly clean and love the swimming pool outside our room the service was perfect will definitely visit you again .

Beautiful restored home. Had the old privy. Room #9 outside building facing the pool. Spacious bathroom and excellent A/C - needed with temps 37-38C. Excellent breakfast in lovely dining room. Will return in the next few years when return to visit family.
