After multiple overnight visits to Kimberley, we found our go-to accommodation for future visits. Luxury, comfort, attention to detail, modern, well designed, courteous personnel. Small enough to take care of each guest. Safe undercover parking. Lovely restaurant with unique menu choices. Excellent well stocked wine cellar.

One flight of stairs from basement parking. Another flight of stairs to rooms. Rooms are on the first floor. Not really a problem, but might be a challenge for guests with mobility challenges.

The Kimberley Anne Hotel offers a refined four-star experience, blending elegance with meticulous attention to detail. The decor is thoughtfully curated, and the entire property is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. The staff, from the dedicated cleaners to the attentive management, provide exceptional service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Its convenient location near the airport makes it an ideal choice for travelers.

However, there are a few areas for improvement. The menu descriptions don’t always match what’s presented on the plate, which can be disappointing. Additionally, staff should ensure the bar fridge is well-stocked with sufficient water, especially staying for more then one night or longer for added guest comfort. It would also be beneficial to designate a smokers’ corner away from the courtyard to maintain a pleasant environment for all guests.

Beautifully furnished, room came with coffee maker, coffee pods, milk, water and biscuits. Great linens- soft towels and cotton sheets.

Don’t like not having a door between bathroom and bedroom. Sound proofing between rooms isn’t great- could hear others taking showers and gurgling pipes/ running water from next door and upstairs woke us up. Service in restaurant was very slow both evening and morning- despite different serving staff. Have to ask for a WIFI code which means different slips of paper per guest which need to be renewed daily.

I spent one night at Kimberley Anne Hotel and found it to be a pleasant and well-located stopover. The service was acceptable and met our expectations, making for a smooth and uncomplicated stay. The food was very good and satisfying—ideal for unwinding after a day of travel. Its convenient location between Johannesburg and Cape Town makes it a great choice for travellers passing through. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

This hotel is highly recommended, from the beautifully decorated room, to the pure bliss of fresh high quality bedding all of it was fantastic, and the food !! absolutely fantastic. Perfect for our overnight stay , well fed and rested to hit the road again for our travels. The staff was very friendly and helpful and did not bat an eye with our dishevelled look on arrival after a day on the road, they made us feel welcome and comfortable.

I received a warm welcome from Melanie. My request was an early check-in for my travel from JHB to Kimberley. From a long journey the hotel exceeded my expectations with a more than comfortable room and showers. The beds are very comfortable to get a restful sleep. The location is perfect with secure parking and with a mall just down the road makes it easy if you would like to go out for dinner.

We loved everything about the hotel, from the exterior (garden and swimming pool), safety, food(dinner, breakfast, and beverages), interior (reception,bar, kitchen, restaurant, and our room). It is well maintained. Actually, we can, write a book about it. Very classy, it gave us what we wanted, ELEGANCE. 💯/ 💯minus nothing.

Kimberley Anne Hotel is our absolute favorite overnight stop on the way back home. The rooms and bathrooms are extremely luxurious with exquisite finishes. The staff makes you feel very welcome and everyone goes the extra mile. It's more of a boutique hotel, so it's never overcrowded - we loved that even more. The food and menu are top notch! We will return again and again and recommend this to anyone who prefers a luxury stay

The breakfast was great, and the dinners were excellent. My guests really enjoyed the food and the ambiance. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel design and decor were unusual and very attractive.

My only complaint was the location of the safe deposit box in the room. It was in the clothes cupboard - which is fine - but it was located on the bottom shelf. It was very awkward to reach and to see how to operate it. I didn't use it.

Beautiful boutique hotel. The interior decorating was exceptional. Colors , bathroom finishes, and the amazing use of space! The food was excellent, beautifully sverved with attention to detail. The glass wine fridge was a lovely idea to the bssement entrance into the hotel . I loved the glass kitchen window connecting the diners with the professional chefs! The location was perfect, with easy access to the major routes . 😊
