The restaurant on the premises which they advised and where breakfast are served was the worst ever experience I have ever had. Teribble service, wrong order and billed as per order!! We decided not to bother going there fot breakfast!

Receptionist went out of her way to assist me. Very professional. My brothers and I will be travelling to Kimberly on a monthly basis to visit my elderly mother in Frail Care. I have recommended that they all stay at the Airport Hotel Airport Shuttle is a huge plus as traveling in Kimberly is a pain

The Breakfast Room at the Horseshoe Inn needs a bit of an upgrade

Breakfast was great and they served something different daily.They only had Guava juice and I requested for Orange or Tropical.The next day they had tropical.

It's a walk to Breakfast,it will be a challenge when it's raining

Limited channels to watch on TV, the refrigerator is too small and Wifi connectivity tend to be slow.

Check-in is very easy. Stuff is friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and they are flexible on changes. Cleary one of the best accommodations in the area. 100% recommended.

Food was well prepared and fresh..

System of breakfast is confusing when its your first visit, atleast there should be someone assisting in directing the guests like where can u find plates etc etc...

The friendly receptionist she is welcoming,she even offered to keep my bags safe for me since I arrived before check in time

Remote for the aircon was not clear, and I had to guess. The doors are to tight and noisy. My bedding had a stain like small blood from someone on periods

The door would scrape on the floor and this would make an unpleasant sound
