Photos are sometimes deceiving, so was not quite sure what to expect, however, pleasantly surprised with everything, rooms spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds and bedding, clean bathroom, all facilities in room great, attended the cat show, hall was lovely, and food was delicious - no time to venture outside and it was windy, but from the restaurant area it looked lovely. We will definately be back next year !!!! thank you

I loved the staff manager, she was fantastic... Absolute darling. And her stuff had the best service and sense of care

When we were preparing ourselves to check out, the male reception knocked so rudely on our door, repeatedly saying "it's way past 10" I opened the door and explained we are getting done, he insisted we vacate the room, is there no grace time of 10 or 20 min? He was the only staff who was rude towards us even the previous night. But fare enough the approach was different with other customers, with no offense customers of his color

Receptionist, Mercia, was so accommodating and friendly & went out of her way to find us a room where we could plug in our car fridge - thank you, Mercia. Loved the free wi-fi voucher and the large bar fridge in the room. Good pressure shower with ample hot water. Great to be able to watch the cricket on the room TV. Great stop over in Kimberley. Restaurant looked beautiful, with varied menu (didn't eat there though). Had a glass of wine in the ladies bar - good service, but quite expensive.

Nothing, a good value overnight stop, close to highway

Enjoyed the hospitality and the Oxtail was really exceptionally made.

the bar man somehow made me feel embarrassed when he indicated that he cant speak making me understand that he has a speech and hearing impairment when in fact he only had laryngitis and I tried to communicate by means of sign

Room was more than adequate with all the basics available. Breakfast is/was a la carte, so you can order your preferences. Dinner was/is a la carte and the food was very ice.

Restaurant is a separate business to the accommodation which meant 2 different invoices - nto the end of the world but a little inconvenient.

The Lodge was nice , bedroom very comfortable.

The Restaurant was closed, we were not informed before the time, and I did the booking specially to have a restaurant on site. That was a disappointment. Reception was not really helpful. Was told the restaurant was not part of their business, it was not a friendly homely lodge.

The location is a sure plus love the tranquilize atmosphere that surrounds the venue.

The welcome was not so friendly missed that warm Northern Cape Spirit of warm heatedly friendliness. i booked two locations for family to stay and the other venue made such a difference. Next time:)

The food was great and the staff very friendly.

The room door was broken, but they moved us to another room. If you are elderly, it is quite a trek with your luggage, to get to the rooms.

Room was large, comfortable and clean. Bed was a king size bed. Bathroom was large. Breakfast is a set menu and was good and filling. Location is close to town but also easy to reach highway.

Bathroom plumbing is noisy. Even when other guests use their bathrooms, one hears the water flowing through the pipes. Easily sorted by closing the bathroom door. Restaurant is also closed for dinner on a Sunday
