Traditionaly styled older hotel, family run by a charming, and ultra friendly husband/wife team. Ultra clean and airy, our room had a lovely view over the harbour with a spacious balcony, all in a central but quiet location on the harbour front of Patatiri, room to park the hire car, essential for exploring the island, recommended.

Be aware that the hotel has a number of challenging steps to get up to it on foot, with a suitcase or two this could be difficult for some, definately not for the infirm, the hotel does have a minivan which I presume would collect luggage if asked beforehand. However, don,t let this put you off, I,m just being honest.

Excellent hotel - good value for money - generously sized rooms and cleaned everyday. Lovely balcony overlooking the port and very welcoming hotel owners. Right by the best taverna in Patitiri with the best coffee/breakfast cafe next door and a small beach to swim and relax on. There are steps to get there but they are not to bad and it’s worth it. A lovely stay for a family of 5 with teens 😎

Everything was perfect : - the old couple who manage the hotel is very nice and always available and ready to help, smilling, - the room was very big and the balcony directly on the sea for an amazing view from early morning till night - near every commodities: restaurant, marker, bakery or beach are reachable in 2 to 3min by walk - we did not have a car but it is possible to park We strongly recommend this place !

Absolutely amazing place. Very traditional, comfortable, large, and clean studios.. The views from the studios across the harbour are wonderful. It is so easy to sit and watch the world go by for hours! The owners are so welcoming and kind and made our stay even more enjoyable. Many people have mentioned the steps. Yes, there is a climb up to the hotel, but it's more than worth it even when you are of the older generation like us! Very much hope to return soon.

The fact that we didn't stay longer!

A wonderful hotel and the owners Nina and Nikos are so kind, helpful and welcoming. Our room was large, clean and comfortable.... and had the most incredible views out over Patitiri. Absolutely recommend this lovely gem of a hotel... it has a wonderful authenticity and the walk up to the hotel entrance is a delight with beautiful flowers at every corner and the owners vegetable garden brimming with the most delicious tomatoes and cucumbers!!

Fantastic view over the port, local shops, bars and cafes very close. Elina is a lovely lady and welcomes guests with a massive dose of enthusiasm x

Only issue is, like most in Patitiri, it’s all up hill, a number of steps to negotiate up to hotel, best to use a taxi if you have large suitcases when arriving or departing. But it’s worth the effort in the end.

Amazing view, sweet owners, and we loved the large balcony. The hotel is very close to the port, restaurants, and beach.

I wish there was a kettle in the room. Getting coffee meant you had to walk down the many steps to the sea level restaurant. Next time, we will try to get the studio rooms which have coffee facilities or bring our own kettle.

A family run business. Kiria Nia and her husband were so friendly and would chat to us every day. Always giving us recommendations. We were there on the 15 August and were recommended to catch the local bus to the old town Chora for the evening. It was fantastic. They had a panigiri and a wedding in the old traditional way. We ate and danced and were part of the celebrations. The hotel itself overlooks the port harbour with great views. All the shops restaurant and beach at your doorstep. The room was big and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely harbour view from the balcony and only a short walk down to have a swim. Very friendly owners, nice comfortable beds and room service each day. Convenient to restaurants and shops and only about a 10 minute walk to the ferry.

Would have been good to have an electric jug and cups in the room so we could make a cup of tea when we felt like it. The bathroom was very small.
