A charming and intimate boutique hotel, beautifully designed with great attention to detail. Everything was spotless, and the staff was exceptionally attentive and kind. We received our room early, and the comfort and thoughtful touches made our stay truly special The breakfast was very good, with high-quality local ingredients, fresh pastries, and personalized service. Highly recommended!

The only thing we missed was more fresh vegetables at breakfast – simple options like tomatoes, cucumbers, or a fresh salad would have been perfect

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and modern. Location is great in a nice little town close to Etna with great views down to the coast. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything needed.

Breakfast was nice however we were asked on a daily basis what time we would like to eat the next day. This isn't ideal when on holiday as knowing what time you will be up the next day isn't always possible. The breakfast is prepared freshly each day which I believe is why a time is needed but for us this wasn't ideal. Hotel doesn't have any parking which is a little misleading. You can either pay for parking nearby on find a space on a back street for free which at times means parking a distance away. The room was not dark at night due to the hallway lights remaining on and there being a large gap above the door which lets a lot of light in.

Architecturally and design-wise absolutely perfect, down to the smallest detail. Parking on site, super helpful staff, high chair for babies, great pizzeria in the same building as the hotel, super comfy beds and baby crib, great pressure in showers, excellent breakfast (eggs to order, fresh juices, freshly cut ham and cheese etc - if you don't speak Italian just ask for all of these - ex. fresh yogurt is in fridge, not on the buffet; you need to ask for cooked eggs/omelette yourself). The town is cute, a couple of great patisseries (Russo was one of our favorites in all our travels to Italy), location close to Etna while not too far away from the beach,

Our stay was overall excellent, some minor details - balcony wasn't useful b/c of smell from pizzeria kitchen, curtains don't block out sunlight completely, can hear noise from breakfast/common area in rooms (because of hotel size/set-up), no elevator (if you need it - max 2 floors), breakfast can be hectic if all of the guests end up eating at the same time.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located near the south side of Mount Etna. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. The staff were attentive and communicated effectively. The room was beautifully designed and had all the amenities we needed. Additionally, there’s a fantastic restaurant right next to the hotel.

The windows and rooms lack a bit of soundproofing; you can hear the traffic outside as well as noise from the common areas.

Property very stylish present a relaxing ambience throughout! Breakfast in the morning was varied with fresh Sicilian cuts and cheese besides other delicacies and pastries to die for! Moreover it’s just an easy stroll to the main square. Perfectly located close to the many restaurants Nicolosi has to offer. However if one doesn’t feel like venturing out, you can also eat at Scorzanera restaurant which is the same hotel’s restaurant and pizzeria! Amazing food and portions too!

Modern beautifully decorated hotel with attention for detail. Very comfortable on all counts. (Beautiful good sized room, modern design and decor, comfortable bed, ample charging points with USB, large bathroom, ample luggage area, beautiful view from the large window across all the room). Very good breakfast. Location is excellent with ample parking around. Many good restaurants around it and just a 6 minute casual stroll to the Nicolosi piazza. Will return 100%.

Every aspect of this hotel is outstanding. The rooms are beautifully furnished, with meticulous attention to detail. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the quality of the shampoo and bathing capes is on the 5-star hotel level (if not better). The breakfast served here is truly delicious. They offer top-quality Italian salami and cheese, freshly squeezed juices, tomatoes, and a variety of other delicious options. The service provided by Bruno is truly remarkable. He exemplifies how tourism professionals should conduct themselves. He is always ready to help, friendly, and constantly wears a warm smile. On our last day, when we had an early flight, they went above and beyond by preparing generous breakfast packages for us, including fresh fruit and pastries. It was an incredible gesture that demonstrated their commitment to making our stay truly memorable. The location is excellent if you plan to explore Mount Etna, Catania, Siracusa, and Noto. It serves as a central point for all these attractions. What's more, parking is free, which is a great convenience. We are already looking forward to returning to this remarkable hotel!

The hotel is beautifully designed, clean and comfortable. The facilities are modern and of high quality. The room we stayed in was immaculate and the bed very comfortable - we got a good night’s sleep. The hotel is close to the town, and there is a lovely authentic Sicilian restaurant nearby. You can walk up to Monti Rossi from the hotel in about 30 minutes. The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and when our taxi let us down they found a way to fix it so we could enjoy our holiday.

We loved every minute of our stay at Criu Boutique Hotel. From the stunning architecture to the exceptional staff it was an amazing experience. Bruno and Noemi made sure we had the best time. We had a small misunderstanding about the room we booked and they found a fantastic solution for it. The hotel only has 8 rooms, so it felt really familiar. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Sicily and we can‘t wait to come back!

Really not much at all - only the plastic cups (individually wrapped in more plastic) in the bathrooms and the plastic single serve Nutella cups at breakfast could be replaced with more environmentally friendly solutions :)

The design of the overall hotel is absolutely great - every detail is thought through, modern and stylish. Apart from great beds the breakfast provided us with a great start into the day. It is an almost family like setting with the hotel staff trying to fulfill every wish. The quality of the food is great and even included home baked fresh cake :) The location is really good: There is highly regarded pizza & steak place nearby and its a short trip by car to both the Etna and Catania.

Nothing to mention - we had a great stay.
