The room was clean, well soundproofed, and spacious. The beds were very comfortable, housekeeping was impeccable, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The location is quiet, with easy access to the city center. Bus 12 stops very close to the hotel and takes you straight downtown. The hotel restaurant serves good food, and the underground parking is a big plus.

The Wi-Fi on our floor was initially weak and slow, but once we notified reception, they took immediate action to improve the connection - which was much appreciated.

Close to both the L07 (train station) & L12 (city centre) bus lines. You can also walk to Pamplona old town, very flat. We had 3 adults in each room, beds were comfortable but luggage space area is tight. We were hardly in our rooms so we managed. Great Italian restaurant close by ‘Trattoria da Pino’ in waking distance, plus a local pub. We were also able to walk to the laundromat & supermarket. Location is great & it was nice to be a little outside of all the San Fermin festivities. We could see the fireworks from our room as well. Hotel accommodated rooms together for our family which was appreciated. Reception staff friendly. Hotel also had a bus for transport into the old town during San Fermin which we used. Great hotel in quiet area and good access to public transport & food options.

Rooms a bit tight with luggage. Attempted to get food from the cafeteria but staff in this area not overly receptive which is why we tried the local restaurants which were great.

Hotel Albret offers everything a decent hotel should: friendly staff, excellent service, spacious rooms, quiet air conditioning, and a great breakfast. Good quality for a reasonable price. It's in a great location just outside the bustling heart of Pamplona, easily accessible on foot. Consider it a decent business hotel or a decent tourist hotel.

We just can't get used to those hard Spanish beds. By now we've stayed in many places in Spain, and this hotel is no exception concerning the beds. So it's unfair to judge them on that.

The hotel was modern with good bedroom and bathroom. The cafe attached to the hotel was handy and we used it for a light breakfast rather than the main hotel breakfast. We used the bus to the old town as the walk was around 30 mins and the bus stop was just to the left of hotel.

I didn't get much sleep as the room was a little stuffy. The windows opened but it was too noisy to have them open at night as the hotel is on a busy road. The air con was working but no cold air, so perhaps it's not put on until June. I probably would stay again if there was air con in the room as everything else was good.

Very comfortable rooms and great location. Tons of inexpensive, street parking around.

Unfortunately, they cleaned my room before I checked out, so when I came back to rest, shower and eat breakfast in my room after my medical appointments, I wasn’t able to use it because is had already been prepared for the next occupant (10:30am while there was a 12pm checkout time).

Staff were fabulous, everything is exceptionally clean, parking is very handy and the breakfast was plentiful. Room is very comfortable with complementary water in the fridge. Gym is a short walk away.

Air conditioning didn’t work so the room was really hot and opening the window meant that we didn’t sleep all night because of the noise from a very busy road outside.

Great location, walking distance to Pamplona old town. Also, bus stop 50 m from hotel, takes you into the centre and goes regularly. Some restaurants close to hotel along with supermarkets and pharmacies. Room was clean and comfortable with air conditioning. It was 40 degrees so we needed it. Parking underground was handy but a little tight going in and out

Hotel restaurant could have opened a little earlier. 8.30pm is a bit late for us Brits to eat.

Nice hotel, clean and spacious rooms and ensuite bathroom. Buffet breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Private hotel parking. The reception staff were really helpful.

Beds were a little hard for us and the air conditioning wasn’t working in the room so we had to sleep with the window open which was obviously noisy from the road traffic.

I ate 2 nights in restaurant. Night 1 waited along time for food When it arrived the chips and croquette were cold. 1 waitress supportive helpful other quite rude. On Saturday food quick and hot. Much better service.

We are two cyclists on a ride from Cadiz to San Sebastian. Our needs are simple we seek a clean bed and a hot shower – the hotel provided both Reception was welcoming and helpful – the recommendations for local village restaurants were outstanding The Hotel is located in the new part of town and some way away from the traditional old town - the selection of the location was by design and we were very much inside modern urban Spain
