A nice clean hostel. Good kitchen and lounge. I had requested a lower bunk, as I'm old but only high ones available. The manager kindly gave me a private room for 2 nights then a lower bunk in the dorm the last night, I was very grateful!! You can get a bus from Haverfordwest , 311 but the last one leaves about 4.30pm which makes it difficult. The Puffin Express bus is good. I enjoyed my stay and hope to be back.

Nothing really, the bus situation is a bit of a nuisance making it difficult to have a full day out but I did manage to go to Tenby and Caldey island one day.

The centre is located a very short walk from the beach, the car park is right outside, the kids played in the family room, the kitchen was clean and tidy, the bedrooms were clean and tidy, the staff were friendly

The only thing that I did not like was the check in times, you have to check in after 5pm (there is no one working there, before this, so you cant drop your bags in or anything) and we arrived 2 hours earlier so you will need to pay for a car parking ticket up until you check in. Once you have checked in and have your key card they validate your parking and parking becomes free and you have access to come and go as you please

This is a fabulous place to stay. Broad Haven is lovely and there are many beautiful places nearby to visit, such as St David's and Tenby. The hostel itself is great. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Nice to have a games room equipped with a pool table. The breakfast was good value for money.

A hook on the door of the shower room could have been useful. Difficult to know where to put your clothes and towel in the wet room where they were safe from getting wet.

The food the boys and girls good conversation and interesting and intelligent? And a good laugh?bit the only thing is that 2 boys were were snoring? I o8had 2 hrs sleep in the dometry? So I slept in the car? And my first experience with 5 people in the dorm other than that it was exerlent? And I'll go again for a couple of days? Thanks bye

Property was tidy and nice with amazing location close to the sea front and walking paths. Very welcoming and polite staff member. Good and tasty vegetarian breakfast. Nice restaurant and outdoor tables in the garden area. The hostel concept also supports charities. Warm and cosy duvets and pillows as cherries on top!

When booking I did not see that the quests need to bring their own towels and car parking was not explained clearly, only mentioned that there is a car park. After I did the booking I received extra long email explaining car park policies and about updated check-in and -out times , to bring own towels etc. Email told check-in is starting at 5pm which was a bit too late for me and check-out time was before 10am which was too early for me, but what could I do because all this was not made clear when making the booking.

Wonderful location, on site cafe was lovely. Room was spacious, bedding was clean, warm and comfy.

Breakfast cost. Especially for children. Adult cost was reasonable but was the same charge for kids and with a 3 and 5yr old, they didn't eat enough to charge that much. Room was clearly painted recently but furniture was painted around, not moved. Ceiling needs a little TLC. WiFi didn't reach rooms which was disappointing.

It was a cheap option, an ideal pitstop for a one night stay. The room was spacious enough for the family of 5 overnight. Each bed had charger spaces, these were perfect for keeping kids happy. There was a games room, although it was very dated (worn out pool cues and damp in the windows, a grubby carpet). It was okay for a game of giant Jenga/connect 4... Luckily we took a box of games of our own to keep the kids entertained overnight. The bedding in the room was decent quality and a comfy mattress too. Location was less than 5 mins walk to the beach, and chip shop located on the sea front. Overall, Would I stay again...Yes. For more than one night? No.

The bathroom/shower was very dated and high areas were cobwebs and spiders in the loft light. The staff weren't bad but they weren't great either, gave us the key cards and said your room is through there. No idea about facilities, games room, where it was, whether we could get something to eat, other than breakfast... Although we could only have breakfast if it was ordered the night before, which we didn't know if we would want it until morning. The staff didn't seem like they wanted to be there which is a shame as the place could be great with just a little bit of attention to details, the place was empty too, so not really any excuses.

The staff are approachable, the foods are good, and the room is good as well. And the location is very near to the beach which is really good for us. The beach is also clean, clear, and enjoyable.

Our encounter in the kitchen area with other guests, there are really some people acted that they owned the whole place or shall I say racist to us people that having a darker skin which very sad and annoying. At the end of the day, we will all be justified and get our last verdict by God the way we live our lives here on earth, not by our colour. Just saying

I enjoyed my 3 night stay in dorm room 5.IT was clean and tidy with a VG Shower Room with toilet. My bed was comfy with good clean bedding, The hostel had a bar and games room with a pool table. It was close to a fine beach. There was an expensive supermarket 15 min walk away and and a nice pub next door. The staff were all excellent! Well done YHA Broard Haven.

I only stayed 1 night but overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were really friendly and informative. The bed was comfortable and the facilities were clean. The shower in my room didn't work, but there were more available in the corridor. My stay was great for just passing through and at a reasonable price.
