Felt like a garden oasis. Very relaxing and cozy. Very kind staff. The sauna option was awesome. They gave me a clay mask to use while in there that made my skin so soft and they used plants/ herbs to make it smell incredible. Also provided me with a refreshing drink afterwards. Our room was so cute and the shower was lovely. We had to get their help first to figure out the hot water haha but once we did it was nice to have a warm shower with decent pressure.

It can be a bit loud. Technically on a quiet street but I think the town overall is noisy with horns, dog fights in the distance and easy to hear the guests in the morning as well but we would just put on rain music. Still a very safe and relaxing spot. Don’t think there’s much to do about the street noises. Just part of traveling so keep that in mind and prepare yourself if you need ear plugs or something.

My stay here was wonderful! Waking up to the sounds of birds from my window was a great way to start the day. The staff were all attentive and professional, Walter was especially helpful. I enjoyed having a freshly made breakfast on the patio every morning with views of the surrounding mountains and Santa Ana volcano on clear days. The hotel was clean and comfortable and a quick walk to the old town of Juayua and the nearby countryside. The room service provided excellent food and drinks at reasonable prices. I would definitely stay here again.

The walls between rooms and the hallway were a bit thin. Some nights I could hear people talking in nearby rooms.

this was a great, quiet hotel at the end of a lovely street within walking distance of the town. large room - great shower with hot water. ;-). the view was amazing and a lovely pool! unfortunately we headed out early to hike the volcano and didn’t get to try the breakfast included in the price of the hotel. walter was fantastic greeting us and assuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed - he even checked us out at 6am. highly recommend this wonderful spot!

a suggestion but not a criticism - perhaps have fruit or other light snack available for folks who are leaving early before breakfast, that would be really nice.

The views are gorgeous. The staff were excellent. You could use WhatsApp if you weren't comfortable asking questions in Spanish. The room was large with an attached balcony. There was a rack with hangers to hang up clothes. The air conditioning worked well. There was hot water in the shower. Just let the hot water run for a minute before turning on any cold water to adjust. Shampoo and bar soap were provided. The breakfasts were good. The laundry service was $5.

No curtains/blinds on the balcony door.

I love the location to have some quite time away from the city, beautiful views of the mountains, rooms are specious, staff members are very nice and what I love the most is there are 2 beautiful cats that they make the place more welcoming! I spend some quite time outside just enjoying the beautiful garden by the pool and relaxing. Overall the place is clean, beds are comfortable feels like you are at home! I will definitely stay here agian.

Wish they have more verity of food options.

Our room in the back was very spacious and the bathroom was modern and clean. Huge balcony covered with pines, very private and amazing spot to relax. The grounds and view of the mountains were stunning and allowed us to stay off our phones and truly enjoy the natural beauty of the region. The pool was another delight. Delicious breakfast and staff are helpful and very friendly. Located on a great little cul de sac in Juayua. The village is also great.

No coffee before 8am and not very good coffee which was surprising since it's a coffee growing region. The room was beautiful but no dresser or shelves or hooks or closet so for 5 days we had to keep our clothes in our suitcases and on the couch or floor. The room is big enough to accommodate a piece of furniture for clothing. And it rained everyday yet nowhere to hang up our wet clothes and jackets.

Loved that the location is on the quiet edge of town, but still walking distance to center and bus stop. Mountain views from balcony room were gorgeous. Shower was strong with hot water, and bed was comfortable. Loved that I could easily ask for anything from the receptionist via WhatsApp.

Just wish breakfast could be served starting at 7am because I left for activities before the 8am start of breakfast time.

We loved staying here, it was a very comfortable 4 nights. The location is super quiet, the view across the mountains is pretty special, the food was fresh and really good, and we appreciated the laundry service. We used the pool, enjoyed our balcony, and slept well here. It was a nice spot to either stay in town and wander around, or do day trips fro. We did both. Highly recommend for sure.

Great location in Juayua, perfect for exploring the town and rest of the Ruta De Las Flores. Friendly staff & good value laundry service. Good sized room with a great view of the local hills and volcanos.

Close to a noisy road, trucks and buses like to use their horns! We were wanting to awake early so this wasn't really a problem but if you like to sleep in bring ear plugs.

The room was spacious, modern, and comfortable. The reception (Walter) who greeted us was friendly and arranged a tour for us the following morning for the 7 waterfalls. The hotel doesn't have very many rooms, so it felt like an intimate boutique hotel. Many options for breakfast, which was delicious and accommodated earlier time for our hiking tour. There are some rooms in the back with views of the volcanoes; ours was in front facing the street. You can see the volcanoes from the patio area in the back. The hotel is tucked at the end of dead-end street so very quiet.

The only negative was the shower didn't have hot water.
