This is my second time at this property and this stay absolutely exceeded my first stay which was not so pleasant. All the staff were super friendly and courteous. The room we stayed in was clean and free of animals (last time we had geckos in our room). The check in process was much smoother this time around as well as I had booked using booking.com. The team had made my family a dinner reservation for the first night we got there which was awesome not to have to worry about and the a la carte restaurants have tasty selections. The breakfast/lunch buffets have a variety of options to cater to everyone’s needs and is decent quality. The pools, bars, gym, and game room are all decent. The view from the rooms is spectacular as you can see the ocean from your window.

The pool water is hot which is not ideal when the outside temperature reaches 90-95°. Im glad they have the ocean pool as well which naturally had cooler water. The game room could use more comfortable chairs, especially since they don’t let children in without an adult. The gym equipment was mostly all broken but at least it had AC.

poor functionality wifi at rooms. Poor functionality of app for food reservations. Guests must wakeup early (7am) to walk to lobby to make reservations. That is unpleasant if you’re on vacations

I loved everything from the people, to the staff, to the food and ambience. Everything was great. Loved how clean and polite the staff were. I liked how they had different varieties of food. I also enjoyed the scenery. Loved how the staff remembered my grandsons name and how they would stop what they were doing and tried to talk to him even though he's 2 years old.

Having to walk to to the front to make reservations was a hassle. I didn't like how long the drive was from the airport to the resort was and how they drove (kind of scary). Hated how they didn't really embrace the El Salvadorian food culture such as turtle eggs, concha negras, or any other exotic foods.

This is an all-inclusive resort that makes you feel like you are welcome at every turn. The campgrounds are manicure to perfection, the property is extremely clean, and the pools, bars, restaurants and check-in area have a great airy ambience. the staff is very accommodating with any request. The food is good with extensive menu and alternatives. The resort in general is very clean and safe.

Everyone was great and welcoming. The staff was very accommodating and they have medical staff their that are amazing Dr.Romero and nurse Enrique are Connie where great!

It is difficult to get in and out of the resort you have to have some sort of approved reason as to why your want to leave the resort for a few hours. I understand it's due to security reasons but it almost feels like you are restrained there. Also they only serve fruit and pupusas during breakfast which I thought they would provide throughout the day.

Food was decent. Just gets repetitive after a few days. Overall property is well maintained, with beautiful views. Definitely worth the money

Transportation is impossible. Should make it easier for guests to access different places. Having taxis or Ubers on site. Especially to go to airport. More shuttles

The service/ the staff very friendly

I didn’t like it the entrance, the street it is in a really bad condition, a lot of holes on the floor, the entrance is not even visible, i think the entrance should be more visible and in a better condition base on the quality of the club

Breakfast was excellent, staff was friendly, pools and sea possibility was truly excellent. Very big and safe place to be. Security was in very good level. Lovely site.

Only couple of persons spoke english. Several restaurants in hotel, but you could only book online with one. When you come to hotel everything is in spanish, luckily I had colleague who could speak spanish so he was able to translate how to book breakfast, lunches and dinners etc.

I visited this wonderful place for a first time I enjoyed a lot I will comeback yes service staff was good food discotec was good

The way the restaurant are handle Daily not happy. You don't choose where to eat cause might not be open also waking up at 7am to make reservations to eat at the restaurants is kind of ifff's.
