We loved our stay, the garden was beautifully maintained, the staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. The food was really good, we had dinner at the restaurant and it hit the spot!

Our rooms were just behind the restaurant, we were woken up by other guests in the dining area about 6.30am which was ideal, breakfast didn’t start til later, so it would have been good to keep the restaurant closed to ensure the other loud guests didn’t disturb us. Otherwise everything else was great!

From the time I checked in that evening. Till the time I checked out.. the staff was wonderful. The hotel grounds were well kept. My room I feel in love with as soon as the manager opened the door. I loved the personalized notes on bed and at breakfast table the morning of checkout. Breakfast was perfect each morning. Had table setup waiting on me when I came out for breakfast.. I have NO COMPLAINTS!!. will definitely be back Love the fresh flowers in room also. Manager helped me with getting transportation for a day out. 100% recommend

This place was absolutely stunning. The room we had, Suite Dona Mireya, was spacious with a large tub and separate shower, the inner courtyard garden area was a beautiful location for both the generous included breakfast and also a very delicious, quiet dinner. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We had an amazing stay and definitely recommend staying here!

I honestly can’t think of anything bad to say about this place and the service we received. I have never been treated with this amazing service at any hotel that I have stayed at. The staff went far and beyond to get us whatever we needed at anytime. This place will be my to go to every time I visit Ataco. Thank you Casa Degraciela! You were amazing!

Everything was perfect!

The moment we walked into the property we received the warmest welcome. They had a load of little touches that made us feel like we were at home, like putting our names on the breakfast sign the following day. The room was comfortable, the shower was hot, and the décor of the property was delightful. The breakfast was excellent. Wifi worked well.

A big group of people were staying there and they were a bit noisy after 10pm in the pool/billiard room so it would have been nice if there was a quiet time enforced. Our Spanish wasn't very good and they spoke little English so we got a bit confused about the valet parking, but just parked on the street nearby instead which was no issue.

The food was amazing, the service was very professional and very quick. I loved sitting outside of our room on the rocking chairs and tea. They were very accommodating and moved everything when I asked to eat outdoors.

Loved the location - right in the thick of it. The beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Loved that our suite had a bath! We are travelling Central America and haven't had many baths! The hotel is an old farm and has been tastefully renovated still with an authentic touch.

The hotel is the main reason to stay here, lovely quiet garden area with antiques surrounding it. Great breakfast served on the lawn. Perfect location for exploring the town.

Some building work when we arrived spoiled the calm, but this is only a minor temporary issue. The room was a bit cramped for the 3 of us, with small bathroom but cosy. As the hotel was empty the could have put us in a larger room!

This place is just breathtaking as soon as you place a foot in. Pictures just don’t do it justice. Every single furniture, structure is just beautiful
