The design was wonderful. And the location is one of the most beautiful places on earth. Lago de Coatepeque is incredible. The staff could not have been nicer and more competent. A+

Great job. Truly. The nits to pick include a stiff mattress - some like 'em, some don't. And, while I'm being fancy and high maintenance, a selection of pillows would be fantastic. Cheap to do and a great touch. We went to Walmart and bought 2 pillows. Also, there is absolutely not one cm of counter space in the kitchen. We didn't cook but there wasn't enough room to cut fruit or make coffee. An easy fix would be to install a (portable?) kitchen island opposite the sink. Again, small nits to pick and didn't dampen the overall experience.

The facilities are amazing, great views of the lake from every angle. This is paradise by the lake.

The food was not that great and is expensive, you would expect amazing food if you judge by the prices. The steak ordered for dinner was not done as requested, the breakfast was not different from other breakfasts in other local places but the price was almost three times more and it didn’t even include coffee, you had to buy coffee on the side. This place is very good overall but they really need to work on their menu, the taste and quality of their food needs to match their prices.

Serenity and lake accessibility

I would have liked my balcony to have had seating so that I could have enjoyed reading and breakfast outside ( only the balcony facing the lake had seating) May I suggest adding hammocks to the beautiful balcony, I would give it a Salvador/ tropical feel to it. I think ensuring all the items on your menu are available is important. I stayed 2 nights and some items were never available.

Our family had an exceptional experience at Cardedue Residence. The staff were friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful in catering to all of our needs. The two-bedroom suite was spacious and luxurious. We loved the veranda and the view. Of course, the location is superb. We will always remember our stay here. Thank you.

There was not a closet in the second bedroom.

LOVE this place, we have stayed here twice already. Would definitely come back again.

We arrived at 11 am and waited for the room until 3pm I had an elderly person in my family group, no one stayed on top of it. We had to keep asking about the room. they made us wait for 4 hours once we arrived... : -(

Could be nice if there more cookery’s pots and frying pan, there’s was only very small frying pans and one small pot

Although the facility has too many steps the rooms and or to the lake, the staff was very accommodating and helping with the bags at check-in and checkout.

This hotel was amazing 🤩 Everything from the entrance was pretty clean, the views were breathtaking, the garden is very well taking care of ,which gives enhance the beauty of the Lake , the staff was pretty friendly and helpful ⭐✨⭐✨⭐✨⭐✨⭐✨

Be cautious when stepping on the tiles on the terrace since it gets slippery as heck when raining. No other remarks :)

Beautiful grounds. Well maintained extensive property. The swimming pool close to our room was cleaned early in the morning. The restaurant had excellent typical breakfast. Most amazing place for lasting memories.
