There is a placard on the reception desk of the hotel that boasts an 8.6 rating from a commonly used travel website. In my mind this is a fair score. I went with a 9 because I can’t use decimals and I didn’t want to undercut the 8.6 score that they’ve earned. Communication with the hotel through the booking app that I used was excellent,10/10. I had arranged to have a driver pick me up at the airport. They provided me with the driver’s contact information prior to my departure and told me where to expect him to be. They had every detail covered to include how I wanted my name to appear on the sign that the driver would be holding! The property itself is an historic building built in the mid 20th century. The staff that I interacted with during my stay were all very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was quick and straight forward. My room was large and very clean. The air conditioning worked great and the sheets on the bed were the softest sheets that I’ve ever slept on! There is WiFi available and it worked great during my stay. There is no refrigerator or safe in the room if that is something that you require. It is located in the city of Santa Ana and if you are a light sleeper you may want to pack your ear plugs. Depending where your room is located, the sounds of the city are inescapable. My only struggle was with the shower. I had never encountered the type of shower head that they have. It has an electric heater element on the top of the shower head that heats the water on demand as it flows through the shower head. I could have asked for help in sorting it out but I’m a guy! I’m sure that the staff would be more than happy to assist. The location was excellent. Just outside the hotel are any number of small stores where one can purchase snacks, drinks, toiletries etc. There is a larger, proper supermarket within a ten minutes walk if needed. Walking to Parque Libertad was also a little more than 10 minutes.

A small refrigerator in the room would have been a nice addition. The low flow shower head had very tiny, fine streams of water. It was difficult to shower properly.

Break fast was really nice, you can have coffee as much as you want. Room was nice as well, bathroom had a ring light mirror which made it easier to do make up. AC and TV worked well. We asked a lot of questions to front staff and they tried to be helpful. Thank you so much :)))

They only provide breakfast from 7am. On the first day we had to leave at 6am so we couldn't have it. Although staff were very nice, most of them doesn't speak English, which is normal so be prepared with google translater. Water temperture was difficult to adjust, and bathroom is not totally separated from the other room (the roof were connected) but it was okay for me.

I had a great stay here while exploring Santa Ana. My room was large and comfortable and a cool place to relax during the hot afternoons. I enjoyed a freshly made breakfast in the atrium outside my room. The staff were all extremely helpful and attentive. When I checked in I was escorted to my room and was offered a cup of coffee which was quickly delivered to my room. The hotel is centrally located in Santa Ana and a quick walk to all the nearby attractions. It was in the middle of the city but quiet and comfortable. I enjoyed the rooftop dining area that had views of the cathedral and nearby mountains.

Everything was perfect.

Our second visit to El Salvador and this hotel was our choice to revisit and it didn’t disappoint. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The parking security very helpful. The breakfast was delicious every morning. Overall would recommend to family and friends. I would recommend another mirror in the room it was hard sharing one mirror with girls in the family.

Bed was hard for my liking.

The hotel was clean, Staff were.exceptional, hot water came quickly with good pressure, breakfast was a variety and was good. They offered us dinner on the rooftop...we were the only ones with a beautifully made table and view of the cathedral. Dinner was excellent. Quick walk to the square. Almost all of the staff spoke English or tried really hard

There is a lack of restaurants to choose from really close but the food at the hotel is better than you would get outside anyway.

Amazing hotel central in Santa Ana. Area is very safe, we walked outside without problems. The personal was very welcoming, including Asmin the receptionist who was very helpful and spoke English well. Due to our schedule we had to have breakfast earlier than the set time, which they did without issue both days of our stay.

this hotel was built to be a hotel, not adapted it to. great costumer service and rooms are standard size with hot water and breakfast included, walking distance to down town

that tv did not work, finally they gave me another room for me to watch tv but was not able to change chanells was not able to coonect to wifi

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Customer service was just amazing. The rooms were clean. The AC was great! And the breakfast was delicious every day. The location was perfect. There were many shops and restaurants around the hotel. The city center was also walking distance.

The shower head could be better in the shower. The water coming out was not even and sometimes it was hard to truly enjoy the shower. I wish there was a vanity or a place to put toiletries in the bathroom.

Anything that needed attention was seen to in rapid time. Breakfast was varied and quite sufficient. Staff were very friendly. Parking staff were amazing

An extra hanger or 2 for clothing would be nice and perhaps a shelf in the bathroom

Been here is a group of people - the hotel was exceptional in providing care and customer service right from check-in to check-out. They even prepared a special meal for us on the rooftop and attended to every guest. The front desk assisted with recommendations on the area and calling Ubers.

The hotel was dealing with a busted pipe - it did not affect the customer experience and they were very professional about it.
