The hotel has a very nice atmosphere, and the staff went out of their way to help us with a tour on Good Friday (a day when everything’s closed), which was the highlight of my trip, so thank you!! Very helpful and friendly. Location’s perfect, could not have been better. Bed was very comfortable and was lucky enough to share the dorm with only 1 other person which was lovely. The fan works perfect. Free water (and coffee) all day. Totally recommend!!

Very close to the cathedral and town square, spacious room with high ceilings. Cute boutique hotel vibe, courtyard restaurant - breakfast is included. They arrange tours to the volcano. They also do laundry on site for a reasonable price.

Slow service, room not cleaned in 3 days, garbage piled up. Sewer gas smell from the bathroom, they had a smell dispenser on the wall to dissipate it but it was unmistakable. It helps to cover the shower drain and sink drains (no P trap). We were on the ground floor and the window had to remain open for the air con hose, made it very noisy.

This was a well-situated stay near several dining and sightseeing places. We appreciate the complimentary drinking water and all-day coffee offer. The room itself is spacious for a couple's stay and there's an on-site restaurant and bar for when you're not planning to step out. Laundry service is offered.

This was not the fault of the staff, but it sometimes felt like they were short-staffed and we found ourselves looking for someone to inquire about shuttle service, etc.

Location, location, location! This property was walking distance from some of the iconic city tourist attractions. I stayed 7/8/23 with my 3 sons & the evening/night staff was exceptional! My sons enjoyed playing pin pall while the live singer was performing. It was a warm & inviting atmosphere and I certainly felt safe & at home with the staff being very attentive. I look forward to returning with the rest of our family & will definitely stay there again!

This property has great character & charm because it was built in the early 1900s. And it showed in the bedroom construction details. Very tiny bathroom. But overall it was a good & comfortable room.

This antique style hotel is a gem but it would use more cleaning ! There was a pigeons nest between the ceiling and roof , and this creatures are noisy at night time . Unless you have a heavy sleep or don't mind their noise, cute place to crash for one night or two .

I do not have to mention about the location..It is a minutes away from the catedral...beside that everything was greater than I had expected、especially the service and the food!All the staffs(especially Jonathan)were always attentive and very helpful.When it comes to the food, we can choose the main from the menu and it always comes in a big portion! I highly recommend this hotel!

The staffs were really kind and caring. Breakfast was delicious (typical breakfast of beans, eggs, 2 slice of toasted baguettes, salsa, and cheese). My room was nice and spacious. The place was clean and very cute! Each area is perfect for a picture 😁 the location is right next to the town hall/city center (so convenient to everything) and I honestly didn't hear much noise.

There wasn't anything I didn't like, this place was great!

The free breakfast, coffee and water were great. The location is also amazing, you couldn’t get more central but it was still nice and quiet.

The shared bathroom for the dorm opens into the foyer which is a bit strange, other than that everything was good

This property is just fantastic! The room was lovely and the other areas of the property were really nice too! It’s all kept super clean and organised. A really relaxing stay, and you really felt at home here. Great breakfast included in price of room. The staff were absolutely lovely also! LOVED my stay here!

Exceptional stay! The rooms were very nice and had everything one would need, with fresh towels and toiletries when asked. The décor is really nice, breakfast is excellent and there is unlimited supply of coffee at all times. The staff is the best I’ve ever met - William and Alejandra work tirelessly throughout the day and are always at your service. Brenda, one of the owners, made us feel like family and even took us around the city to show us around!
