We arrived late, but the hotel found a handy solution for us to get in the room before settling everything in the morning. Very handy. The environment is quiet and Colmar is rather close by car, only few kilometers. The staff offered coffee before we went on our way.

My complaint about a shower which flooded the bathroom was dealt with promptly and effectively.

There was no light above the bathroom mirror, which made shaving difficult.

the service was amazing at the restaurant, our waiter was really happy, helpful and kind. It felt like we knew each other from a long time and he was kind enough to explain the drinks and dishes, really rare in France. Thank you again, keep on the good work

The room was cold when we arrived because the heat was off and it was a really cold night, but I understand we need to save as much as possible energy.

Noise insulation is not good, and we have clearly morning bell from church, also, one person pass many time with motocross in the street. Breakfast content was very simple/limited. Fish on menu was "Sandre", but it was finally, replaced by a trout,
