Breakfast was exceptional. The variety was beyond our expectation. Fruit, different kinds of bread, tea, many types of pastries and cheese, even the variety of nuts were great. The staff is helpful. The bar at the lobby makes the place enjoyable even at night time. The temperature in the rooms were just perfect,we didn't have to change the air condition all the time. We had a car so the location perfect for us. It was 7 min. away from Colmar downtown and had places to shop and eat across the road.

The room facilities could be a little better, but the silence was good and we had good sleep.

The hotel was clean, had a relaxing feel and there was a bar and restaurant on site. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and I was travelling with friends on motorcycles so once back from a day's riding it was time for a beer or 2 and we were not going out again so consequently we were looking for a hotel that had facilities on site for a relaxing evening and this place provided that. The location is on the outskirts of Colmar but there is a bus stop 100 metres from the hotel that takes you directly into the town centre (2. Euro's each way if paying by cash). I was very happy with the hotel facilities and met mine and the groups requirements.

My wife and I had a double room which was small and it was a good job we could make use of the bar area otherwise we would have been tripping over each other. If I were to use this hotel again I would probably look for a family room if staying for more than one night. The TV didn't work but there again I wasn't going to watch it and there was no tea of coffee facilities. As an observation, on the first morning we were there the breakfast was manic and the breakfast staff were completely overrun (Monday morning) but on the following two days breakfast was very pleasant.

The staff was exceptionally kind. Although we were unable to get the double room with a queen bed we had reserved upon arrival, we were kindly asked to stay just one night in a room with two separate beds, and the next day our reserved room was ready for us. As an apology, we were offered complimentary cold water and juices from the fridge, along with a very sincere apology. Additionally, the staff booked bicycles for us and were always warm and helpful with anything we asked. Breakfast was varied, with something for everyone – cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, bread and spreads, pancakes, croissants, eggs, sausages, water, juices, milk, yogurt, and coffee from a machine. The location felt extremely safe. Everything was clean and tidy. The hotel offers table football, chess, and several other games, so you can enjoy a pleasant evening indoors.

The location is slightly outside the city, but not far. By bike, we were only 20 minutes away from every place we visited. You only get two towels (for two people), but when we asked for an extra one, they provided it politely and without any issue.

Every request was handled promptly and with great care. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and very diverse, with options to suit all tastes. Whether you’re looking for something classic or more sophisticated, you’ll definitely find something you like. The rooms, though small, are very well-organized, offering enough space for a comfortable 3-day stay. Everything was impeccably clean, and the overall ambiance was pleasant and relaxing. Calm, open air

When I put the address in my GPS, it drives me to another IBIS in the main town with the same address 😂. When I suggested to that hotel that they could inform their management about this issue, they swore at me, saying it is not their responsibility! When I explained this at the right place, the host explained the situation to me, saying that I am not the first one to encounter this problem. Perhaps to avoid this comical situation, a message at the reservation step could be sent to clarify which address is the correct one.

Room/s was more than we expected. We did wonder if the decor, fittings, carpets, walls, etc would be "tired", but I was pleasantly surprised, nothing looked shabby and "tired". Evening meal/restaurant was pleasant. All-in-all more than I expected and will definitely return.

Whilst the evening meal was good, it would be better if you could have the menu both in French and English as there were some excellent meals coming out of the kitchen for French-speaking customers, but we could not fully understand the French-only menu. And as we not the only non-speaking French that were staying overnight, it was a shame, after all, it would boost your income if more people could order more meals! Breakfast was adequate, but they had run out of sausages and scrambled egg.

We had to check in very late, around 2 AM, and the hotel made it completely hassle-free. The reception was open all night, and the staff was friendly and welcoming even at that hour. It was a relief after a long journey. Great service and highly appreciated! Also, the room was very clean and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. While the location wasn’t very close to Colmar city Centre, it was well connected by bus, making it easy to get around.

Great location, pleasant staff, good evening restaurant and meals. Breakfast was typical continental (cheeses, crosissants, bread, cereals, fried sausages/scrambled eggs, or boiled eggs). The rooms exceeded our expectations inasmuch as they weren't the typical "tired-looking" offerings of some of the more well-known hotel chains.

Restaurant evening meal menu needs to be bi-lingual. The food emerging from the kitchen looked very appetising, but as we couldn't decipher the French-only text we had to settle for burger and chips!

Friendly staff, parking lot available , location ok (not too far from center - less than 10' by car), clean room, breakfast offer good considering was included in the price, in summary good value for the money (considering we were there in high season)

The staff was friendly and can speak many languages. The room is bigger than I expected. if you've ever stayed at any other Ibis hotel you'll know what I mean. I was cold though. But there was a electric heater. That was useful.

The room was cold and using the heater made the air dryer. Not a big issue but still want to point that out. Also the closet is too close to the ground. It was like for a child. Again, not a big issue.
