The reception staff were very kind and friendly. The room was comfortable, but since the building is old, the ventilation fans in the bathroom and toilet were broken. The free parking lot is conveniently located right in front of the hotel. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant, but the staff in the evening were not very friendly. The dish my husband ordered, "Puff pastry with viel and chicken, alsacien noodles" tasted like it had too much salt. However, the dish I ordered, "Scallops with red mullet fish, black rice risotto and vegetables" was very delicious.

Well appointed rooms. Great to see proper power sockets next to bed,particularly as a CPAP user. Good size room, well furnished. Reception staff very helpful. Good soundproofing - room next to lift but did not hear it. Bar/lounge very spacious. Easy access into Colmar by car or bus.

Bathroom was very well appointed and de corated with large shower However, if you had shower whole bathroom was flooded asglass petition was not big enough to stop shower water gong verywhere. There did not appear to be fan in bathroom, so bathroom remained steamed up for along time.

Really I enjoyed staying in this hotel . It was so amazing. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Have a big parking space. We left the hotel and we forget some of our stuff they contact us by email and told us they kept the things and if I wish they can ship to my country.

The only problem I face is they have only 1 elevator. And they kept me sooo far from the elevator it’s hard to walk especially when u have kids . Otherwise I strongly recommend this place and sure next time I will stay in the same hotel .

The staff were professional, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The hotel is lovely.

There was lots of dust in our room, the floor in the toilet was filthy, behind the door in the toilet were previous turists hair and pubic hair which was absolutely disgusting. The corridors towards our room haven't been hoovered for quite a long time. When we had dinner in the restaurant, the window sill was dusty and with dead flies, and it was the same when we had breakfast. What a shame that it was dirty.

Comfortable room, very clean and large parking area

Restaurant closed which means you have to drive into town therefore negating the advantage of an out of town hotel. We chose the location so we could park at the hotel after a long drive from Italy but was disappointed to find we then needed to get back into the car to find an evening meal. The reception staff were good but inadequate staff on the bar. Air con in the room was working as a fan but not air con. The room temperature did not lower.

Breakfast is good with a fine choice of options. Large free parking lot. Not far from Colmar by car, easy to navigate. Nice place in the countryside. McDonalds's in walking distance. Good AC. Overall cleanliness is good.

SPA center and swimming pool closed without any idea about reopening. We got a room for impaired, which we didn't asked for. That meant we had a very specific type of bathroom (no curtain, no glasses in the shower) and limited storage place in the room without normal table. Minibar is too weak, not enough cold to store anything you want to keep refrigerated. Room design looks quite dated and window frames worn out. The location was fine with us because we were coming by car. Without wheels it's complicated to get there as the place is actually in the middle of nowhere.

Good location, plenty of parking, our quiet room had everything we needed and a comfortable bed. The foyer, bar and dining room are smart and contemporary, staff are friendly and there is a really excellent double sided breakfast buffet. Our evening meal was good too. We hope to stay again.

Very minor negatives. The room furniture was slightly dated. We were mystified by the lack of an information folder or on the TV and did not realise until we were leaving that there was a QR code on the back of the key card holder which gave access to all the guest information. Or if you ask at the bar they will give you the menu and there are various fixed price options depending on how many courses you want. Music at dinner would have been nice.

restaurent!! although making a reservation was easy, ordering and getting served was very difficult. it took 15 mnts to get the menu and about 40 minutes to give the order. more of waiting for drinks and about an hour waiting for food. we were the last to leave the restaurent which was overpticed for the quality and quantity of food we received.

Very responsive reception, nice comfortable rooms, decent breakfast, pleasant restaurant and also very good places to eat nearby (e.g. the sushi place across the street)

In the main staircase there’s an antique lamp that has a very strong electric noise which was very loudly heard in our room all the time. The restaurant stuff for dinners is young and inexperienced, our ordered meals were forgotten both time we went there 🫣 Coffee for breakfast was terrible!!!
