Lovely hotel, staff very friendly. We booked a family room for five of us, which was a lovely big room with an extra room adjacent. We had so much space, very comfortable, quiet, very clean and in a high standard. Complimentary water and gifts for the children. :) Breakfast is very good, although felt it was quite pricey at €17/ adult and €9/ child. Although our two youngest ate for free which helped. Shame there is no longer a pool, otherwise excellent hotel. Good location to reach the city centre, plenty of parking.

A very nice hotel with great open space entrance as you enter. All staff, without exception, were very helpful and attentive. Our room was very well appointed and had everything that we needed for our stay. We had a very nice meal in the restaurant and breakfast in the morning had an excellent range of choices. We couldn’t fault any aspect of our stay there and would be very happy to stay again when we go back to the location. There was also plenty of good quality parking both on-site and on another parking area beside the hotel which was fully dedicated to hotel guests.

The hotel was well positioned with it's own car park with electric charging points.The reception staff were friendly and efficient.I requested a room that was easily accessible and was allocated a spacious ground floor room with an accessible wet room and a small balcony. Unfortunately, the restaurant was shut on the day we were there but there are a few good places to eat nearby. Breakfast in the morning consisted of a good choice of hot and cold food served buffet style. I would certainly recommend staying here and intended to visit again

There was only one pillow each and the air conditioning wasn't very efficient

The reception staff were very kind and friendly. The room was comfortable, but since the building is old, the ventilation fans in the bathroom and toilet were broken. The free parking lot is conveniently located right in front of the hotel. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant, but the staff in the evening were not very friendly. The dish my husband ordered, "Puff pastry with viel and chicken, alsacien noodles" tasted like it had too much salt. However, the dish I ordered, "Scallops with red mullet fish, black rice risotto and vegetables" was very delicious.

Modern, clean, fresh hotel with friendly staff and a good breakfast. Was only there 1 night and we did not experience the bar or evening meal. Family Room was great size with sectioned of areas which was great. Bathroom was nice and large with modern facilities. Easy accessible onside parking near lots of amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Could be more choice for breakfast. Bath plug didn't seem to open properly for water to drain efficiently but both very minor points.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient, especially in relation to Colmar — there is a bus that stops right in front of the hotel and takes you directly to the city center, which is very practical. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Another great plus is the free parking, which made things even easier.

The only downside was the breakfast, which could be more varied. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for the location.

Well appointed rooms. Great to see proper power sockets next to bed,particularly as a CPAP user. Good size room, well furnished. Reception staff very helpful. Good soundproofing - room next to lift but did not hear it. Bar/lounge very spacious. Easy access into Colmar by car or bus.

Bathroom was very well appointed and de corated with large shower However, if you had shower whole bathroom was flooded asglass petition was not big enough to stop shower water gong verywhere. There did not appear to be fan in bathroom, so bathroom remained steamed up for along time.

The staff were all surprisingly young, but they were very professional, clearly well trained, very happy and attentive. Great evening menu, perfect after a long day in the car as the restaurant stayed open til 9pm. Very comfortable bed, simple bathroom but it had everything you needed, plus a separate WC.

In our room (241) the headboard design is like rippled concrete - attractive to look at but very uncomfortable to lean against!

Really I enjoyed staying in this hotel . It was so amazing. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Have a big parking space. We left the hotel and we forget some of our stuff they contact us by email and told us they kept the things and if I wish they can ship to my country.

The only problem I face is they have only 1 elevator. And they kept me sooo far from the elevator it’s hard to walk especially when u have kids . Otherwise I strongly recommend this place and sure next time I will stay in the same hotel .

The room for 3 persons was renovated and the bathroom was large and nice. The air conditioning was good. The breakfast was continental, with a variety of food, and lots of cheese.

The mattrises were a little too soft and with a whole in the middle. And the beds were very narrow.
