Wow, the hotel itself is amazing! The rooms are equipped with twin beds which can be pushed together if needed along with a table and stools. There's a flat screen TV and free wifi too. Near the door, a row of cupboard doors conceal a kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, full-sized fridge, saucepans and two electric hotplates. Another cupboard contains pairs of cups, glasses, cutlery, sharp knives, crockery etc... The en-suite is modern and clean with a great shower and good lighting. I genuinely could have stayed in that room for a week. I didn't have breakfast but the dining area is light, airy and modern. The hallways are also spotless and really nice with potted plants and artwork along them. The location is close to the main routes which pass Bordeaux and it's a 20 minute tram ride into the city centre. The tram stop is right outside the hotel door but the rooms are soundproofed well enough that I didn't hear them. Probably my favourite thing - if I wasn't wowed enough by the room - was that, from the fourth floor, I had the most beautiful view of the sunset over the Garonne river and Bordeaux.

I phoned the hotel to find out where to park but the staff member wouldn't tell me where the 5 euro per night underground parking was until I'd parked somewhere else, walked to the hotel, checked in and then I would have had to go back to the car, do a huge loop round the one way system and come back almost to where I started. In the end, I left the car on the street and it was perfectly safe.

Very convenient by the tram stop, friendly staff, secure parking, quiet, well functioning wifi - as good as it gets for the price we paid. The small kitchen in the room with hotplates and micro is perfect for breakfast and snacks. We will be back!

There is a lack of restaurants and grocery shops in the area, but this is not a big issue as the tram stop is right by the front door of the hotel.

Clean room with access to kitchen amenities inside, public transportation, tram is opposite of hotel easy to visit city center, if you arrived with luggage - elevator very helpful plus+ you can get breakfast (good price) and coffe (coffee machine is available during all day, tasty and not expensive) Staff and reception is super hospitable ! Bathroom is comfortable, beds - good and soft WiFi connection is okay Supermarkets (few) near 8 minutes by walk Not noisy, good for staying with family You can find bakery too

Arriving late after 11 p.m., there was someone at the reception to help us with access to our rooms and indicating where to park the car. The rooms were as expected certainly for the price asked. Breakfast was reasonably priced and offered enough choice for everyone.

It was not obvious where to park the car and where to find the entrance of the hotel, you have to park at the side or back of the hotel, the hotel main entrance is actually quite hard to find, you have to be close to see it.

This location is right next to Tram station.I would say excellent location

As we have choosen room with kitchen ,certain things like proper big cooking pots were missing,wine opener,full plates, servicing spoons were missing. Toilet roll holder was broken. So I think they should work on it before realising room to any guest

Perfect for the price. You even have a small kitchen and a mini fridge, which were very helpful in our trip. Quite, we couldn't heard our neighbours at all. Also, the receptionist was very friendly. Toilets and room clean.

The suburb doesn't look like the best, however the tram is literally in front of the hostel, so you don't get to worry too much. In about 30 min you are in the city centre. The beds weren't the best, no very confortables, but they do the job.

Hotel was chosen purely because of it's location/price for an overnight stop during a drive down to southern Spain. It more than met our requirements, with a clean and well-equipped room. Not a 'luxury' place, but more than enough for our requirements. Staff were excellent, but if you don't speak French, be prepared to do a few hand signals, and smiles to get the correct answers! Secure parking is available on-site for €4. No restaurant, but there is a breakfast area with pastries/drinks in the morning.

Air condition was working like a dream. 36 degrees and no problem cooling down to 21 degrees. Tram station was just in front of the hotel. Microwave and heating plates were working fine. Fridge was was also working fine.

Bed for 1-2 was quite small for 2.

Friendly staff, great secure parking, clean bed, decent towels and a hot shower, everything you need from a budget overnight stay hotel close to the main north/ south route

Top floor rooms suffer from fan noise. The hotel is also not well signed, it is literally part of the tram stop and easy to miss when travelling by car and using a sat nav forcing you to go round the one way system again. Turn first right in front of the tram stop, parking is at the back.

This place super clean, lots of outside space, 10 paces from the tram. although it’s far from the center, you can get a 5€ pass for 24 hours of unlimited public transport and easily get in and out of the center. Staff was kind and happy. I left my bag with them for a few extra hours and they had a nice little room keep it in.
