Bathroom is comfortable, beds - good and soft WiFi connection is okay Supermarkets (few) near 8 minutes by walk Not noisy, good for staying with family You can find bakery too

Arriving late after 11 p.m., there was someone at the reception to help us with access to our rooms and indicating where to park the car. The rooms were as expected certainly for the price asked. Breakfast was reasonably priced and offered enough choice for everyone.

It was not obvious where to park the car and where to find the entrance of the hotel, you have to park at the side or back of the hotel, the hotel main entrance is actually quite hard to find, you have to be close to see it.

Perfect for the price. You even have a small kitchen and a mini fridge, which were very helpful in our trip. Quite, we couldn't heard our neighbours at all. Also, the receptionist was very friendly. Toilets and room clean.

The suburb doesn't look like the best, however the tram is literally in front of the hostel, so you don't get to worry too much. In about 30 min you are in the city centre. The beds weren't the best, no very confortables, but they do the job.

Hotel was chosen purely because of it's location/price for an overnight stop during a drive down to southern Spain. It more than met our requirements, with a clean and well-equipped room. Not a 'luxury' place, but more than enough for our requirements. Staff were excellent, but if you don't speak French, be prepared to do a few hand signals, and smiles to get the correct answers! Secure parking is available on-site for €4. No restaurant, but there is a breakfast area with pastries/drinks in the morning.

This place super clean, lots of outside space, 10 paces from the tram. although it’s far from the center, you can get a 5€ pass for 24 hours of unlimited public transport and easily get in and out of the center. Staff was kind and happy. I left my bag with them for a few extra hours and they had a nice little room keep it in.

Top floor rooms suffer from fan noise. The hotel is also not well signed, it is literally part of the tram stop and easy to miss when travelling by car and using a sat nav forcing you to go round the one way system again. Turn first right in front of the tram stop, parking is at the back.

We stayed here just for a night stop driving through but would definitely recommend and stay again if I came to Bordeaux. The room was a very good size, beds were comfortable, private shower, toilet and sink. Table and chairs, fridge, cooking hob, sink, kettle, microwave. It and everything you could need. For the price it is amazing!

The location is great as the tram to the town centre is at the door. There is also a shuttle boat (public transport) from Lormont Bas (15 mns walk) that gets you across the river to Cité du Vin and Quinconces. It is all very easy really to access and to depart from. Staff was nice and there is a garden area and underground parking.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable.

For the price, you can't beat this. The tram into Bordeaux city centre stops right outside the door and runs about every 15 minutes, so it's easy to get to where you need to go, if a little time consuming. The studio has everything you need - little kitchen but well equipped, bathroom, etc. There is a grocery store and a bakery a short walk away for food during the day.

The location is not the best - it is safe, but there are not many restaurants nearby and it takes some time to get into the city. But for the amount you're paying, this is fine.

fire alarm rings during the night...I have already read it here about it...I guess that it is because people smoking inside the room but staff should advise in check in and if it happens do something nobody clean the room..I stayed 4 days
