Staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was comfortable, clean and provided everything we needed for our two night stay. Breakfast was good and provided more options that other hotels. Really enjoyed the hot tub and pool.

Nothing.

Best comfort in bed & linens & towels. Was CLEAN, roomy& decor was pretty. The bathroom actually had a working fan!!! The location was great tucked away off large highway but not far off, also has a large & roomy parking lot, & restaurants very close by, ;all amenities wonderful. The only thing not acceptable was the attitude of all the staff we were involved with & what in the heck is this damage deposit stuff?????? I was not renting an apartment or an air bnb!!! This is awful! And Booking.com charged almost $10 more than what the hotel said it should have actually been charged!! That makes me not want to use Booking.com again!

The staff that we interacted with were rude & inhospitable!!! Not acceptable. And this DAMAGE DEPOSIT CHARGE is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!! I am not renting an apartment or even an air bnb!!!! What the heck is this new cost to add for anyone trying to travel & relax??? Do you want my kitchen sink too?? Completely ridiculous!!!

Generically nice hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean, nice facilities, modern property. Easy access from the highway. Breakfast was OK, not great.

Room was pretty small. Refrigerator was tiny & didn't have a freezer. Expensive for the size of the room and the amenities. Couldn't connect to wifi with mobile devices (worked fine with a laptop). Location was convenient to access, but in an ugly business park outside of town -- needed to drive to get any services. Kind of limited options for breakfast, more healthier vegetarian options would have been nice.

The bedding was the most luxurious I have ever slept on. After miles of travel and was wonderful to fall into that bed! I did ask repeatedly at the check-in desk where could i get bedding like this for at home; what was the brand. Each person always said I'll check and let you know....no one did.

No one answered my question about the bedding; at least 3 persons said they would get back to me and didn'ty.

The location is not where the action is in Durango (i.e. not near downtown) but it is quiet and convenient enough if you have a car. We really appreciated that they allowed us to bring our kitty. Although there is no electric vehicle charger on site, there is are 4 public EV chargers just down the road, at a grocery store.

More vegan options for breakfast would be appreciated, and less waste from using single-use tableware.

My Husband had eye surgery that day, no eating until after surgery. If we did have Breakfast you had to take it up to the room, working on the breakfast area. It looks like it's going to be very nice when it is finished.

The bed was very hard for both of us, I am only 5 ft tall, so the bed is a little too tall for short people. We now have a short stool in the trunk to get in any hotel beds anymore.

I liked the breakfast and the location was good for me cause this was my last hotel before the journey home. It is located near when I need to go. If planning on visiting restaurants and activities in Durango its about 10 minute drive to town. There are other options in town to stay.

I would have liked what limited restaurants there were next to the hotel that they stayed open past 8 pm so I didn't have to go into town to find dinner after a later arrival.

We had a problem with our car (a flat tyre) and the person on the front desk was very helpful with assisting us to resolve that by helping us with phone calls, holding our car keys while we went for dinner and advising us of where we could get it repaired.

The breakfast was very limited and rather disappointing. For example, there were two types of breakfast cereal but they were both full of sugar. Also there were apples and bananas on the first morning but only apples the second morning.

The staff were receptive and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Floors in the lobby and elevator were dirty with dirt and rocks. The breakfast area was nice, warm food and adequate supplies. Seating in the breakfast section was not good tables were clean but they were wobbly and unstable.

Other than the lobby and elevator being dirty from foot traffic. The shower door in the room was hard to move and close. The parking area was shared with a medical center, crowded and tight spaces.

The room was clean and comfortable and the property felt new and fresh. I had a good nights sleep.

There was nothing wrong with the property. What you see is what you get - it’s not the most interesting or exciting place to stay in Durango and it’s not downtown, but you pay less than you would to get those other things.
