If you are going to ride the Durango/Silverton train it is a perfect location. One easy walk downhill to the train station. You don’t even have to cross the street!! The bagel shop halfway down the block does a nice Big breakfast bagel. If continental breakfast is not enough. Couldn’t have been more pleased with the location and the staff!

Nothing that really mattered. The rooms are a little dated in design, but the furniture appeared to be relatively new. The room was very clean, and they even furnish old towels to wipe down your bike or car. We stayed there sept 2024

The breakfast was spartan but had several protein items to choose from. Yogurt cereal, coffee, milk, prepackages sweet rolls, and toast. Small breakfast room which would have made it necessary to take breakfast in room. Desk person recommended a French bakery two blocks away with renowned eggs benedict with "home" fries which were cut French fries and delicious. I had it and it was unique and very tasty. My wife ate the quiche and croissant with fruit. (no potatoes) Really unique item in bathroom. Rags to be used to work on m/c, work on car, get dirty and nasty and then throw on floor to be cleaned and repackaged in zip lock bag. Was white and did not show any stains.

Room was fairly small but had all necessary furniture although the easy chair was wedged between the wall and bed. Fairly small shower.

Super friendly, very comfortable bed, nice room, breakfast is just your basic continental, but it was really helpful that I could fill up my water bottle without having to buy a plastic bottle of water for my hike. I had trouble with my TV remote working and they came right away and fixed it for me. Location is wonderful. You can walk to many shops and restaurants. Pool was nice and clean great after a hot hike! I only took one picture because I thought it was really funny and smart. I’ll post it below!

We REALLY enjoyed their pool & indoor jucucci. After driving all day it was heavenly to soak & rejuvenate the old bones; and it was one of the nicest spas on our trip! The lovely private pool was great too to relax afterwards. Additionally being dog friendly we couldn't have been more happy. We'll be back.

No hair conditioner in the room --shampo & body wash only. Very inconvenient since we didn't bring any.

I liked that the property was walking distance to everything. Only 2-5 minute walks. They had cereal, yogurt, juices, fresh fruit, and Jimmy Dean breakfast. My family and I were able to Stay next door to eachother with connecting rooms. Our dog stayed with us too and had a nice grassy area right next to the train station to use the potty. Our beds were very comfortable. We felt safe and cozy.

I was happy with everything.

Location was great, staff very friendly and helpful. There is some construction going all during the day, that could be annoying, but luckily we were gone most of the day. Very good location if you are traveling with a dog, great river walk, and an accessible off leash park within 10 minutes walk.

Just the construction next door can be annoying but they have no control over that issue.

The location and customer service were excellent. The staff went out of their way to be pleasant and helpful. The afternoon check in clerk took the time to help us plan our activities for the next few days. The location was perfect for access to the Durango/Silverton train depot and all of the downtown shopping/eateries are an easy walk. The facility was modern and clean.

The included breakfast was kind of sad.

Property has been kept up well but time for a refresh. Bed was super comfortable. Everything was very clean. Fridge wasn’t not very cold; cool at best but essentially didn’t work. However the Keurig coffee pot was brand new! Higher grade K-cups would be perfect. Shower was warm But not hot but again good. Parking was good. We always had a spot. Staff was so nice and helpful. Breakfast was continental (processed; not meant to be hot, quick oatmeal, nutrí grain bars, muffins, apples, coffee etc) but adequate if you’re not counting carbs but need a quick start.

Dark hallways. Needs a refresh in and out but has great potential; all cosmetic. In addition to the fridge and coffee pot a small microwave would be perfect!

The location is great—just a short walk to downtown Durango, which made it really convenient to explore the shops and restaurants without needing to drive anywhere. The bedroom was also very clean and comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay.

The hair dryer in the room wasn’t working. Also, the breakfast provided was pretty basic—definitely could use a bit more variety.

This place puts you right next to the train (Durango & Silverton) and an easy walk down Main Street for shopping, restaurants, etc. For those concerned with security there is an interior hallway that accesses the rooms (not all have external access).

Be forewarned, it's an old property with tight (but secure) parking. We didn't have the breakfast but you can definitely do better.
