The room was clean, with a comfortable bed, soft sheets, smooth, fresh towels, and a hot shower with nice water pressure. For a one-night stay, the Adobe Inn was perfect. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was close to the historic area of Durango with lots of dining and shopping options.

The air conditioner was a bit loud and needed maintenance, which I reported to the staff in the morning. Luckily, the August nights in Durango are cool, and we were able to use the fan setting and stay comfortable in the room.

Very convenient location on right on a Trolly stop. Efficient, friendly & professional desk staff cares about the property & your stay. Hard working housekeeping staff do a nice job as well. Great updated room- new soft towels & bedding, super clean, hot shower. Slept well despite Main St. close by. Covered balcony is especially cool for chillin in Dgo. Another great stay at Adobe. Thanks folks.

Noticeable gap under the room door (218) needs better seal. Older plastic chairs on balcony need to be replaced with safer, more supportive chairs. Easy to break the old brittle ones. Avoidable hazard.

The staff were super friendly and the housekeepers came often, the rooms were well insulated and it's right in the center of Durango so nothing is too far away. The TVs were modern and had streaming services built in already. The overhead and wall lights were appreciated as well, overall a great hotel experience.

Tiny bit of black mold in the bathroom, and it was a challenge getting an HDMI cord into the TV without touching the loose mount. Otherwise amazing experience

The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room appeared to have been recently remodeled. I was a little hesitant to book after seeing reviews that said it was "old". Very nice updates! The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering suggestions on nearby places to eat. Would stay here again!

Everything was perfect for me. I do believe if someone arrives later in the evening, they may have difficulty finding a parking place.

good location, good price point for a holiday. The owner/manager was very helpful in light of the fact I arrived after 11pm.

the shower leaks water on to the floor no matter how tightly you arrange the shower curtain. So I'm sure the wood underneath must be rotten since the floor is "mushy" to walk on. Needs better lighting on the driver's side of the bed. The street noice is not terrible but it is noticeable.

The room was actually way bigger than expected, it had a full kitchen, clean fridge, comfortable beds, and great water pressure in the shower. Anywhere in Durango is close to anywhere else, but this is right off the main strip, easy to find, and easy to park. The front desk staff was lovely, and check in/check out was a breeze.

My only gripe with this and similar lodgings is the early close time of the hot tub. Not the end of the world, but c'mon. Honestly, nothing to complain about here.

They were able to accomodate us with a room on the lower level so we would not have to climb stairs which I believed to be an upgrade fom the original room without charging more. It is an older motel but has been renovated and was very clean and comfortable.

There were no handicap bars in the bathtub and I had to use a hand towel in the tub to prevent slipping.

Room was recently renovated and super clean, also a very large space. Great nightly rate. Location was perfect for access to the train station where we took a single gauge railroad ride to Silverton and back. Front desk staff was very helpful. Traveling with my 86 yr. old Dad, he accidentally packed the TV remote into his luggage. We mailed it to the front desk the next day and they called me immediately upon receipt to verify it had returned to them.

Great little hotel on the main street. Room was renovated. Shower pressure excellent. Didn't use the hot tub, but it looked inviting. Good value for the money. Each room had it's own AC.

The parking lot is small, if you have a moving truck or anything longer, prepare to park on the street. Room was over done with air freshener.

I enjoyed the privacy and the quiet quality of the inn. I also enjoyed having a working private cooler just for my room. It’s so much easier when you don’t have to share.

I feel like the floors could be mopped more. They left a brown stain at the bottom of my feet when I didn’t have socks on.
