Very roomy and clean! It was a great location for accessing the river trail for walking/biking/watching the steam train pass, taking the trolley dowtown, and getting groceries and lattes!

The room was clean, reception staff very friendly.

Our room was located at a corner of the property (diagonally from the reception/office). The space inside would have been ok if we didn't bring in our stuff into the room. There was a chair at the corner which would been better fitted with a small table/desk/prep space to prepare picnic stuff which we took for our day trips. Again, where the chair was located, hooks or bar with hangers to hang some clothes would have been useful. Clothes we were re-using for the following day had to be placed on top of the bags. The bed was too soft. You need to remember your Roku/Netflix account to watch shows on TV.

This place has great potential. You can tell they're still working on it. Everything looked and smelled clean and new. Very easy to get to. It is towards the end of a long line of old motels right on the highway that runs through Durango and it stands out because it is renovated. You definitely hear road noise but the AC unit fan drowns it out adequately. Hot tub was fantastic. The woman at the front desk in the afternoon/evenings was wonderful. Breakfast isn't offered but there are so many great breakfast places in Durango, some just two blocks away that it didn't matter.

The gap under the room door was probably about a half inch letting in air, noise and bugs. I had to cover it up with a towel. They definitely need to fix that before winter. Beds were comfortable, nice linens, good mattresses but the mattresses were very noisy.

I could not recommend this spot more. The property is simple but very well kept. It was evident that the housekeeping staff works hard to clean the rooms and there were several amenities like provided shampoo/body wash that I wasn’t expecting from a budget hotel. And the bed/pillows were more comfortable than a recent stay I had at a much more expensive hotel. Josh greeted me when I arrived and was very welcoming and helpful. The property is right on Main Street so local to downtown but quiet at night when you’re trying to sleep. The only potential downside is that the walls are pretty thin, so I could hear a lot of activity from neighbors. Thankfully for my stay all the neighbors were quiet and considerate, but it could be less pleasant with loud neighbors.

The room was nice and clean, and came with Hulu on the TV, which was lovely as we were having a quiet night in. Staff were friendly, and there was a working fridge with a microwave, plus some nice little touches like clean rags that we could use without worrying about soiling white towels. The bed was also firm. We had heard about issues with thin walls, but didn't hear much noise at all.

Nothing much! There could have been a bit more lighting in the room, but that's a personal preference and it didn't really bother us - just something to take note of if you're having to do any reading/work.

Very over priced, much more than shown on site when I was booking. Saw that I had a conformation, but since I was driving, did not open for all the details. I have used Booking.com for years and never have had an in correct charge before. Not only was the charge extremely high, there was no breakfast available.

The rooms are clean and well appointed. There is free coffee in the lobby each morning. But most importanly, the staff are genuinely dedicated to the customer experience. I transferred rooms on request in the middle of my stay, and they did it same-day with no additional charge (the room rates were the same, but they could have easily charged a transfer fee or refused outright).

This is one of several older motels right on Main Street in Durango. The Adventure Inn has been very nicely remodeled. This is not a luxurious motel, but it is very clean and very comfortable. It is also, based on my research, one of the best values if not the very best value in Durango.

The only thing I didn't like is the fact that, as with many older motels -- even ones that have been nicely remodeled, like the Adventure Inn -- the walls are kind of thin. You can sometimes hear the TV in the next room.

The front desk host was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and met our needs. It was a great value for a quick night in Durango.

We had trouble with the TV and the host had to help us. It was under construction but they kept the noise minimal and did not work on construction during sleeping hours. The lighting in the room was kind of dark.

The bed was very comfy and I was pleased to have a coffee maker in the room. There was a Harley convention in town and a lot of folks with Harleys stayed at this motel. My room remained very quite. Thew staff was spot on for meal place suggestions.

I think the facilities could use a facelift. But I was pleased just the same.
