Located at a non high traffic area, very quiet at night, beds were cozy, bathroom were clean. Good wifi, they have TVs but we didnt use it. Everything a good motel can be. Besides, we were there only for a night after a long day drive. Its a contactless hotel but the staff were still helpful in the dead of night due to one of my friend forgot the password to our room.

We are well aware of this 2 star motel, we wouldnt expect everything needs to be tip top, but cleanliness-wise, at the very least, please mop the floor, some people likes to walk barefoot within the room/house. My only complaint is the dirty floor. Thats it.

Updated and very clean room. Able to Park in front of your room. Access the room with keypad number sent after booking. Good sized grassy place for pets also with picnic table. Very honest employees. I left something of great value and returned a few hours later and recieved my property back after the room had been cleaned no problem. Much appreciated!!

Several different people with in/out of room next door. That was kind of sketchy however no problems at all.

Nice, well equipped motel accommodation, walking distance from downtown Durango (10 minutes or so). Check in and out is a completely digital experience., efficient!

My neighbours could have been a bit quieter during the night.

We were there to attend the Cowboy Poetry event in Historic Durango and to ride the Silverton/Durango Railroad. This motel was close to the historic district, about a 5-minute drive. lt was quiet and we could park right outside our door. Definitely no frills but everything was clean.

I really couldn't complain about anything. Like I said before, definitely no frills but it suited our needs for the short time we were there. I think the door to the unit could be a little better quality. It seemed sort of flimsy.

Good location. Close to walking trails, grocery store, downtown, etc. Reasonable price for Durango at Christmas. Good communication with owner.

There is no coat rack or place to hang clothes.

Good value for Durango over Memorial Day weekend. Beds are very comfortable. Nice that there is a small refrigerator. Will stay here again.

Would be nice to have towel rack in bathroom. We had to use an extension cord to use the microwave.

Put a peephole on door #10. Convenient location but the walk around the building to #10 needs paving and a flood light. I doubt whether women would feel comfortable back there!

Family on Harleys. Loved the fact that our bikes were right outside the door/room and it was well lit throughout the night. Saw multiple police patrols come through the parking lot throughout the night. Very comfy and excellent bang for the buck. Centrally located in town and easy access to sites/restaurants/etc.

Nothing at all. It met my expectations for the price.

Room was clean with easy access. Overall this is a good place to stay. Nothing fancy, but everthing you need. Would stay here again. Great price too.

Floor was a bit gritty. If there had been a broom, I would have swept.

Great service, good rates. Easy check-in & easy check-out. Close to town and close to the dog park...the entrance was right across the street behind the Holiday Inn.
