The room was very clean, in fact the entire property was very clean, neat & tidy inside and out! The staff was very friendly and helpful, esp with dinner suggestions. Full hot breakfast was awesome!

Only improvement I can think of is that both the lamps in our room need to be replaced. They had plugs in the base which, while appreciated, were broken. It seems the side by side USB ports, because they look too much like an electrical plug, someone tried to use them as one and broke them so we had nowhere to recharge our phones until we got back in our car next morning. Easy fix!.

I loved returning to my bed made and restroom clean and fresh towels each day. It was refreshing and comfortable, and the staff sent a few texts checking on us. We appreciated being cared for so well.

We had a trailer on our pickup, and the parking got a little cramped a few times, but we got creative, and the staff was good with it. No complaints. I might suggest a little less chemicas l in the swim area when possible. We were going to visit the pool but changed our minds when our eyes started burning after entering the area..

Loved the room. Clean and spacious.

Disliked the noisy neighbors above us. Plus when I was checking in, I felt that the desk staff were over sharing personal information. For example, taking about a future reservation and how many rooms they had reserved. I was not comfortable sharing if I had brought my swimsuit or the desk staff asking my accessibility based on a random reservation giving me the first floor. It felt like oversharing and frankly as a single woman checking in, a bit unsafe. I didn’t need them to announce what floor I was in so loudly that the other man checking in knew! Maybe talk with the staff about safety.

The staff was incredible! Greeted us as we entered and offered us a beverage due to our Hilton Honors status. They texted to make sure everything was good. Additionally, we had someone come to our door and ask us if we needed fresh towels or anything else. We were blown away by the level of service at this hotel.

Nothing, we will be back to this hotel. We usually stay at the Double Tree, but the service at this property is 10X that of the Double Tree and half the price.

the front desk staff were all friendly and excellent customer service, breakfast was great, property was located just right for our stay in the area, the pool area was nice unfortunately we were not able to enjoy as there was a lighting in the area

not happy that there was no housekeeping service, we had to through out our trash and no towels and for women that is not a good thing, the price for the stay should have included housekeeping, that was the only downfall to our stay. When checking out we were informed that housekeeping is provided every other day.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Much appreciated. Clean, quiet inside and I liked being at the end of Main Street instead of crowded in what looks like restaurant/hotel row.

No microwave and 2 lights had either electrical outlets or USB ports that didn't work. When I communicated with staff via their text message, I was told new lamps were on order but hadn't arrived yet. So why put someone in that room? There were 2 of us with lots of devices needing to be charged.

Everything! From the moment we walked in, until we left the staff was helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable, I especially liked the size of the bathroom. The breakfast offered had a good array of food, the muffins and scones were to die for! We had a most enjoyable stay.

No exercise gym Also the tv remote was hard to change channels or search programs could only use up/down arrow and had to wait for programs to scroll all the way through to see what was on Also they had my first and last name backwards on check in

Nice area, clean rooms, great breakfast one of the best on our trip so far. Staff was nice and helpful with suggestions of where to eat. Love the built in nightlight in the bathroom.

The walls are thin and we could hear a lot of hallway and other room noise.

Super clean, quiet location and a very friendly staff.

You have to drive to downtown, which is about 5 minutes by car. It was not a problem for us, but others might find it too far from the historic downtown to walk there.
