If you are going to ride the Durango/Silverton train it is a perfect location. One easy walk downhill to the train station. You don’t even have to cross the street!! The bagel shop halfway down the block does a nice Big breakfast bagel. If continental breakfast is not enough. Couldn’t have been more pleased with the location and the staff!

Nothing that really mattered. The rooms are a little dated in design, but the furniture appeared to be relatively new. The room was very clean, and they even furnish old towels to wipe down your bike or car. We stayed there sept 2024

Location is only a very short walk from the Historic Durango/Silverton Train Station. Soooo I forgot my laptop after checking out, before I knew it was missing housekeeping had given it to the front desk and the staff called me. They packaged it very well and mailed it to me and only charged me the postage. Excellent communication! I really appreciated the time and effort they took to handle my mistake. Thanks!

The breakfast was spartan but had several protein items to choose from. Yogurt cereal, coffee, milk, prepackages sweet rolls, and toast. Small breakfast room which would have made it necessary to take breakfast in room. Desk person recommended a French bakery two blocks away with renowned eggs benedict with "home" fries which were cut French fries and delicious. I had it and it was unique and very tasty. My wife ate the quiche and croissant with fruit. (no potatoes) Really unique item in bathroom. Rags to be used to work on m/c, work on car, get dirty and nasty and then throw on floor to be cleaned and repackaged in zip lock bag. Was white and did not show any stains.

Room was fairly small but had all necessary furniture although the easy chair was wedged between the wall and bed. Fairly small shower.

Super friendly, very comfortable bed, nice room, breakfast is just your basic continental, but it was really helpful that I could fill up my water bottle without having to buy a plastic bottle of water for my hike. I had trouble with my TV remote working and they came right away and fixed it for me. Location is wonderful. You can walk to many shops and restaurants. Pool was nice and clean great after a hot hike! I only took one picture because I thought it was really funny and smart. I’ll post it below!

We REALLY enjoyed their pool & indoor jucucci. After driving all day it was heavenly to soak & rejuvenate the old bones; and it was one of the nicest spas on our trip! The lovely private pool was great too to relax afterwards. Additionally being dog friendly we couldn't have been more happy. We'll be back.

No hair conditioner in the room --shampo & body wash only. Very inconvenient since we didn't bring any.

It was close to where we needed to be the next morning. I also liked that they had designated rags/cloths for clean ups. We didn’t use them, but it was nice to see they care about their towels, etc.

No designated parking in front of our unit. We had to park in the back of the building. Also, the vending machine was out of water. It doesn’t cost much to put a bottle or two of water in each room.

Very nice guy at desk. He helped with tv system. Old but clean, quiet. Like the private balcony with flowers Chosen for close proximity to train ride in early morning. Close to excellent Mexican restaurant and good bagel cafe

Love this little place. I can walk to everything I wanted to see and do. The staff is so friendly and helpful. the Mexican place behind the motel is wonderful. I will stay here again!

The parking is not ideal but is workable. This is not something the property can control however so do not hold it against them when considering this location for your stay.

really fun town; lots of shops, food, several breweries and the Rockies out the door! mountain bike rental nearby (Second Ave. Sports) and at least two great networks right in town. historic Train ride if you like, nearby Mesa Verde and the incredible San Juan Skyway driving tour. great on site hot tub and cold plunge; snack breakfast.

Excellent location, easy walking distance to downtown. Room was more than adequate, well taken care of property, and nice upgrades in room. Very quiet overnight! We'll definitely keep this motel in mind when we return to Durango in the future!

Overnight staff was not as friendly as daytime staff. Seemed pretty stern for my basic questions on checkout policy.
