Things were clean. Staff was helpful and nice. The location was convenient for us to explore. The popcorn and cookies were appreciated. I enjoyed the pool, althought it was not too big. Rooms were pleasant and big enough to meet our needs. I appreciated that there was a desk with a good desk chair in addition to another nice chair. We stayed 4 days and were comfortable.

Our last morning there was no breakfast meat and they had egg whites. My husband does not like egg whites. There was not a whole lot of walking space around the hotel and no designated pet area that I saw. Overall, it was a good hotel with good service and the breakfast were usually good.

The staff was great. Friendly and responsive. Comfort Inn does a lot of things right.

The bathroom in my room was not clean. It didn't look clean or feel clean. I took pictures of what appeared to be mold on the shower walls. When I touched the grab bar it felt gooey and disgusting. The staff sent housekeeping up immediately and scrubbed it. It smelled clean after, and definitely looked better, but, the corner piece for holding soap desperately needs replacing...it will NEVER look clean. On the last day of my stay, one of the elevators broke down leaving us to push our baggage the entire length of the hotel. Sometimes things break, I understand that. The safe in my room never worked, and luckily I had no need of it, but definitely requested the $2.00 per day auto charge for the safe to be removed from my bill.

The coffee, muffins, cereal & milk were a good choice. The choices of fruit drinks were good, as were the fruit offerings ( apples, oranges & bananas). The “hot” foods not so much. Biscuits were “ok”, the gravy too thick & pasty. Eggs & meats were tasteless, potatoes, just ok. Water leaked in my bathroom @ 9:30PM from room above. Apologized & moved me to another room. Bathroom shampoo & conditioner were empty in new room. Bathroom floor & toilet were dirty (footprints on floor/urine stains on toilet). The bedroom was clean, bed, very comfortable, lots of pillows, good TV & air conditioner worked well! Great location for our fly fishing trip. Overall, I would book again.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. King suite had a door between the bedroom and the living room, which made it very quiet (no noise from the hallway. There were 2 TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Also a second sink in the living room. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion provided. Friendly man at evening check-in. Good breakfast.

You can see some wear, but the stay here was much better than our stay at a similarly priced hotel near the mall. The other one was newer and prettier, but this one had better amenities and was more comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. No complaints.

What a contrast from the the Motel 6 (N. Albuquerque) I was going to stay at Thursday night. They were rude, and otherwise confrontational. I cancelled my reservation there, called up the Comfort Inn front desk and asked if I could add an extra day to my 2-day reservation (they said yes), then proceeded up to Durango. The Comfort Inn staff was courteous, positive, warm and engaging.(even the maintenance guy!). The room was great, the breakfast was ample, and the little amenities (popcorn and cookies) were icing on the cake.

At this price point I have nothing to complain about.

Clean and comfortable and the staff is extremely nice and helpful. Cookies were a plus. Breakfast is good. There is a pay washer and dryer on site and that helped.

Beds could have been more comfortable. Noise from people next door or in halls seems to always be a problem no matter where i stay. its annoying not being able to sleep because of loud noises. i just use earplugs and a sound machine where i can.

I returned my son to college and stayed a couple extra days...the Comfort Inn had very comfortable beds and was very clean. Also loved that the shower had great water pressure. I was able to take advantage of the free breakfast the first morning I was there and it was very fresh and great variety. They also offered complimentary popcorn in the evening. The front desk men were very nice too.

It had snowed quite a bit the day before we arrived and it had refroze . I feel like they could've done a better job with the snow/ice removal of the parking lot, as it was very slippery and could've been dangerous.

We love our stay at Comfort Inn and suites! The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. We called and asked for adjoining rooms and they were able to accommodate. It was a great value for spring break. It's about 30 minutes from Purgatory if you'd like to ski. They have a small pool, sauna and a gym- we used all and were happy. There was also many tables to spread out and play games in the evening.

The breakfast was just ok. It was spring break and they were having a hard time keeping it full.

Staff is great, very welcoming. Facility is very clean.

My only complaint is that there does not appear to be enough hot water. I've stayed there twice in the past month and both times I was unable to get hot water in the sink and had to run the water for several minutes before getting a hot shower. During the second stay, I had a lukewarm shower as I didn't have time to wait for the water to get hot.

arrived on location about 2 am, tired & worn out from the day's travel. Zoe, the front desk associate met us with a smile!!!!!! and proceeded to find us a room in the quietest corner of the hotel so we could take our quick nap, as we were back on a plane at 6 am. The room was excellent, with hot water for our shower!! plenty of towels!!! pillows!! omg them pillows!!!! After our nap, we went downstairs around 5:30 am, where Becky (breakfast assistant) was starting to get the food together for 6:30 breakfast, but met us with a smile and offered us coffee as she was just setting up. we said coffee was just fine, but before we knew it there were bagels & fruits!! KUDOS to this Comfort Inn Suites DURANGO!!!! AND BY THE WAY, ZOE WAS STILL THERE, WITH A SMILE ON HER FACE FOR US AS WE LEFT THE FACILITY on the new day's journey!!! We will stay/recommend this location to anyone traveling to Durango !!!

too short of a stay at the facility
