This motel served as a base for our Durango Train excursion and visit to the Durango area. This modern attractive motel provided all the amenities one could ask for and more. The room was a very specious with a comfortable king-sized bed, a mini kitchen, desk, couch, and attractive bathroom. The hot breakfast provided a verity of selections that were delicious and very filling. We were also very pleased with the friendly staff, the common facilities, and overall value of this motel.

We were basically there to sleep and shower and wished we could have stayed longer and used the kitchen facilities - just relaxed there for a bit longer! The staff was exceptionally friendly. The bed was comfy! And the room was spacious - very important!

Spotless!! Our suite was clean and fully stocked with anything needed for a longer stay. Plenty of outlets for devices. The linens were good quality and the bed was very comfortable. The hot breakfast was good. The young woman breakfast attendant worked constantly to clean, refill coffee, creamers and food items. Easy drive to downtown Durango from hotel.

An observation: the woman at checkin did not say hello, welcome in or offer any information unless asked such as time and location for breakfast. This same attendant did not ask how our stay was at checkout just said put your keys in basket.

Nice hotel for the value almost new would have scored it higher if our room had not been next door to the noisy fire sprinkler room which sounded like heavy equipment running out side in the parking lot, it even vibrated the couch, this room shouldn't be rented out at all but it a laundry room or something. Other than that a great place to stay and has a good free breakfast, close to shopping and restaurants, would stay here again!

I got sick while there and had to leave early, the manager was understanding about the problem and all the staff was great in helping us. Wonderful place to stay and enjoy Durango,Co…

Nothing was wrong with the hotel, great place to hang your hat while you enjoy the area…

1/ the breakfast was very good. Eggs/bacon/sausage. Different juices. Pancakes. Yoghurt…. Etc… 2/ the room was super clean and modern. Really nice. 3/ nice towels 4/ good kitchen with all that is needed. 5/ quiet hotel. 6/ nice location with Walmart and restaurant close by.

1/ the lighting in the room was ok except for the kitchen area that had poor lighting. 2/ not enough tables for the breakfast area. Many people including us had a hard time finding a place to seat. There was a lot of wasted space where they could easily add 3-4 tables. 3/ the tv in the room needs to be larger.

Great property and it is a great location. Seems new. Decent Continental breakfast. You can walk right next door to Dunkin if you need to. We would stay here again no doubt. The beds were also great!

We were very pleased with the facility. It had everything you can possibly need, with the small kitchen. It was clean and modern. Beds were so comfy!

Liked it all!! Will be back!

Staff were friendly. It was a Monday night and we had a top floor room that was big and quiet. 5 minute trip into Durango so a quiet area by highway with shops nearby. Durango is beautiful and well worth a visit.

The bed was too firm. Sliding door on the bathroom a pain. Breakfast choices poor unless you want waffles. Water pressure fire in shower.

Staff was nice. Breakfast both days was great and offered lots of variety.

Shower didn’t have grab bars, but they brought us a shower chair. AC was not sufficient at night. I woke up sweating both nights with AC at 67. Ceilings fans might help.
