Everything was exceptional. The staff was so helpful and kind.. not just the front desk.. even the maintenance men went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The room was clean and perfect for our family. The location was great with everything we needed in walking distance but also in a quiet corner of the town. The hot tubs were great and we were able to use the hotel across the street’s pool, which made my kids happy. We checked out multiple board games from the front office and played pool, Pac-Man and foosball in the game area. I used the laundry area during our stay and everything worked great! We will definitely be staying here for all of our future Durango stays!

Nothing! There was a lot of construction going on the building across the street but the hotel made us aware of this the week prior to our stay. The construction did not bother us at all.

CLEAN ! Clean rooms, clean halls, clean lobby, clean windows, clean stairwells. Comfortable bed. Great blackout curtains Even though my room was facing the highway and the train station I slept soundly and was not disturbed by road noise. Hot tubs were well maintained and outdoors with nice hill view. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. Coffee in the room was very good.

Staff friendliness and accommodating our requests went above and beyond! Property exceptionally well maintained and clean. Easy to contact the property before we arrived when we had needs and questions.

Didn't realize this place had no breakfast, but like the paid parking, I should've read the fine print first. This was a very nice 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen, a sofa and a dining room.

I hadn't noticed the $12/day parking, but I chalk that up to location being within walking distance of the Durango and Silverton RR, which was one of the major reasons for booking this lodge.

Super helpful and welcoming staff. Great location - a short walk from the train and shops, restaurants etc. Good facilities- laundry, gym etc. Sofa bed was comfortable (as was the main bed)

The lounge area of the room was a bit dark as has limited natural light (and furnishings are dark)

Convenient downtown location! Staff at front desk were very friendly and helpful especially Alex. Thanks for letting me know about Buckhorn Limo airport transportation. They arrived early and half the price of Uber. Definitely would stay here again!

Excellent accommodation. Time-share style, car parking just outside ($10/night). Walking distance to historic town center for pubs and restaurants, and to the scenic railroad station. Spacious comfortable room.

Comfortable, well designed appartments. Loved the walk-in shower. Exterior hot tubs were very pleasant. Great exercise room. Excellent laundry facilities.

There were no boiling kettle, and it would be nice to have a couple of extra plates, bowls, cups.

Everything was fabulous- James from the front desk in particular, was truly outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay and even helped in the weeks prior to our arrival with last minute recommendations and preparations for my sisters wedding. From the accommodations to the level of customer service, everything was even better than expected and top notch.

On our departure day which happened to be the morning following my sisters wedding, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and unaccommodating regarding our request for a late check out (which was requested upon checkin)

The location was very convenient to shops and restaurants in Downtown Durango.

My room was located on the second floor where the game room was located. The noise coming from people playing billiard and foosball was unbearable. I would recommend building a soundproof wall to keep the noise level in the game room down for the guests. Also, I received an extra $100 charge on my credit card account without any explanation. I would suggest reviewing your credit card account to avoid unknown charges from the Wyndham.
