The Lady that was there at breakfast needed to be more friendly and she didn't say anything about the breakfast

My daughter and I were traveling through the area and needed a place to stay for the night. Check-in was quick, and the staff was nice. The room was clean, and the beds were comfy. For two females traveling, we felt safe. Overall, a nice stay during our travels, and we would stay again.

The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The room was the typical motel room - nothing special- but very clean and had all the features I needed in fine working condition ( iron, hair dryer , coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator and cable TV. ) Summer rates are high across Durango but a little more reasonable here. Several restaurants within walking distance.

Super basic room, but it's clean, inexpensive, comfortable, quiet, and on the "right" side of town for skiing Purgatory. This was my second stay and always my first choice. Staff is always polite. Literally zero complaints about it. I drive up for skiing, so pretty much all I do is eat, sleep, and ski. No reason to pay stupidly high prices for that. Best bargain in town, as far as I can tell. As I said, for me, there is no better value and it will always be the first place I check when I need a room on these trips.

No complaints. I am not sure there is anything that would have made me like the room better. It suited my needs perfectly and was literally the cheapest place I could find. I was pleasantly surprised the first time I stayed there which is why I booked it a second time a month later.

The room is very basic, but the purpose of my trip was to ski, sleep, and eat...in that order. However, it was super clean, quiet, and suited my needs perfectly. I will 100% look there first on my next trip in a month or so for exactly the same reasons. It's one of the least expensive rooms I found in Durango, but had everything I needed. The bed was unexpectedly comfortable too, so that was a bonus. I don't have a single complaint about my 4-night stay.

I have zero complaints. If I were going to nitpick one tiny thing, it would be that the toilet tank seemed to leak a bit. Not into the floor, but down the drain meaning that it had to fill up occasionally. Not that it bothered me, but wasted some water.

The gentleman who checked me in on Friday 5/2 was absolutely delightful. He was informative and very friendly.

The surronding neighborhood was a little sketchy and found needles and drug paraphernalia near the smoking section.

The ice machine was far away and in a dark and gloomy room!!!! Never have ever been in a motel or hotel that it was sooo unhandy and we felt like they didnt want to let customers have ice. sooooo we didnt!! Each building g should have accessible ice in a safe environment

The location is good and it's clean and has very friendly staff.

I came down for breakfast at about 8:15, and much of the food was gone. Since breakfast goes until 9, I feel they should have kept the food stocked.

I liked the location and the facilities were good.

The ice machine was across the property and behind a locked door. Not convenient to fill an ice bucket a few times.

The location was perfect for me. Very short trip to Purgatory Resort and surrounded by a good selection of restaurants, supermarkets and a laundry. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. It's not new but clean and comfortable.

Need a new remote for the TV. Remote would turn the TV on and change channels but would not adjust the sound or turn the TV off.
