Very nice and clean place. The apartment is fully furnished and has everything that you might need. The bed was super comfortable. The staff at the reception were very helpful. The hotel is in a good location, multiple supermarkets and restaurants close by and the tram stop to reach the city centre as well as a metro stop are just a few minutes away by foot. Wifi worked very well. Very good value for money.

The apartment smelled good, only sometimes you could smell a bit of smoke coming in from the gap under the door - probably someone smoking in the corridor. Also, while the apartment was generally quiet, there is a mosque around the corner so very light sleepers should potentially take earplugs with them to not be woken up for morning prayer before 6am. It was not much of an issue for us however.

Very good location, very close to lunapark (amusement park), park, tram stop (T1) like a circle line goes around and cover all the main area including ulu cami, koza han, kent meydani and 20 minutes walk to ulu cami and bursa grand bazar if you like walking. All staff speak good english and they are very helpful whenever you ask for help. Nice stay, next to masjid and quite neighbourhood.

It would be good if they had more kitchen utensils and cutlery.

The apart-hotel is easy to find, located in a quieter area while still being relatively close to major tourist attractions. The building has an elevator, which is a plus, and the availability of parking is a great advantage. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped—though adding a microwave could be an improvement, it was still perfect. The hotel staff speaks English and is friendly and helpful.

Poor sound insulation

Everything was great. Very comfy apartment and helpful staff. It was my second time there and I was very satisfied. It is a good place if you want to be near the city centre. The apart hotel is located 10-15 minutes walk to Merinos metro station and tram stop. The greatest advantage was the quiet location and full apartment availability.

The staff was very helpful, Initially, we were assigned a room on the 6th floor however the lift was only available till the 5th floor however the staff ( sorry I forgot the name) was very helpful, They provided us with another room however somehow the heater was not working so they gave us the adjoining room and let us have both the room. So we stayed in almost a 4bhk house. They helped us with affordable taxi booking from Bursa to Mudanya, and boat booking from Mudanya to Istanbul.

The rooms were not cleaned properly, We informed them about it and they cleaned it immediately.

The guys were really friendly and helpful. Room was clean and ready for us even a bit earlier than expected. Location is really central, everything is close. Parking was available too which was amazing.

There were some kitchen appliances missing.

Great location close to historic sites, shopping and grocery store. Very secure, friendly, helpful staff, 24 hour English speaking reception, everything you need for self-catering vacation.

Area was a little dark at night.

The hotel is in a central but quiet location. It has its own parking space. The small apartment was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpfull.

Smoking is still allowed in many places in Turkey. The smell in the room was not strong but you can tell people smoke there.

i took 2 apartments with a connecting door . clean apartment . comfy beds . stayed one night so did not use the kitchen .easily reachable from main bus station by bus 96 or 99 . very helpful employees .

nothing major . could hear sounds coming from others from upstair apartments .
