The property had everything you could ask for. The location is only a 10 minute walk to the beach, or to the cafe for a coffee or a supermarket. The apartments are well set out and have everything required for a a stay. The host makes it extremely easy for this travelling with bikes, providing mats for the bikes to sit on if inside, a cover and lock if outside as well as an area to clean and service bikes including hose and towels. On arrival the host asked if we had been to Narooma before and provided information about the town and best places to go and see.

There was not anything we didn’t like about the property. Maybe if being very picky it would be good to have plugs in the laundry to be able to hand wash clothes. I just end up doing it back in my apartment.

Apartment was roomy. Everything we needed was there. The place was easy to find, parking was provided. The lady at reception explained everything to us & we were given an information kit.

Please Note: we are not complaining about the things we've listed here, they did not have an impact on our stay. More about some small maintenance jobs of our particular unit that need attending to. 1. One side of the bed was quite lumpy, & my husband couldn't sleep on that side. 2. There was a loose spring in the lounge that stuck into you. 3. The drain in the shower had a metal piece sticking up, so you had to be careful not to step on it. 4. The left side kitchen door under the sink came off the top hinge, so we screwd it back on.

The bed was very comfortable. The unit wasn't small or cramped. We didn't have a seaview room however it was a great location. They also have a MTB wash station in the carpark. Check-in was easy and very informative with a welcome pack of info. Great price and we will definitely stay again when in Narooma next.

No screen on the glass door opening onto the courtyard was a slight issue. We didn't have a closed-in balcony and would have been good to open the door for fresh air and still have some privacy and bug control as well.

Very nice rooms, clean and well looked after. Staff went out of their way to ensure the place was perfect for you upon arrival, and even provided booklets of things to do in the local area. Pool was nice and the whole complex very clean. Location was good too, not too close to the centre of town but easy walking distance to the pub and the main beach, and a short drive to the big shopping centre.

No aircon or fan in the bedroom, only in the lounge room.

We loved our stay! We paid the same per night for this as a run down motel the previous few nights and it was amazing in comparison. Spacious, well equipped apartment with friendly staff and close to most things. The info pack they give you is so helpful too.

We were pretty happy with everything here! I think if you don't have a car then the walk may be a bit much to most eateries etc, but we don't mind a walk so it was fine for us.

We were travelling back to Melbourne after spending the New Year in Sydney. We chose Narooma as it was between the 2 and looked to have a beach, harbour and restaurants. And it had all 3. Also had seals and dolphins at the entrance to the harbour which was a nice surprise for us

We had an issue with our door . BUT it was all sorted out very well by the wonderful Narelle and Terry. After we reported it they immediately sprang into action, not being able to quickly sort it themselves they called the locksmith and ensured our apartment was safe so we could go and have our meal at a nearby restaurant. All was sorted without fuss .

Great location, good view towards Montague Island, comfy bed. Friendly manager . Good information about the town and area in the apartment.

No blinds or flyscreen on the living room window which opens to the balcony, to keep the sun and insects out. Too few coat hangars (4) and only 4 of everything in the kitchen so the dishwasher couldn't be run with a reasonably full load.

we were upgraded from a lower level 1-bedroom apartment to top level with the best ocean view. The apartment was a good size and had everything we needed, including a balcony. The pool was clean (but cold) The bed was comfortable. Great location within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The manager Narelle and her husband are friendly and very helpful. Great place to stay.

A washing machine and a dryer in the apartment would be great but I also understand that there wouldn't be space for it. The token for the washing machine and the dryer are a bit expensive and one wash/dry load does cost $10 which does add up. And one thing which is not bad but it would be lovely to have some friendly or fun colours in the pool area, it just looks a bit sad (except for the blue pool)

Great view, nice quite area,friendly staff. The unit was functional and meet all our needs.

The toilet needs up grading. Pushing the flush button was difficult and the whole system including toilet seat was discoloured. Also the door mat on the balcony needs replacing as it is breaking up and we continually walked the mess inside.

The manager was lovely and advised the best place to park the car to make taking our luggage to the room easier so that we weren’t going up lots of stairs

Our apartment was facing the highway so during the night the noise from the highway could be heard; the bed was only a small double bed so one of us had to sleep on the lounge
