The room was very large and well laid out. Bed was very comfortable and loved the small pillows with a choice of firmness.

Was charged $100 when checking in and was told it would be refunded to my card at checkout. To confirm this the clerk in a I don't care attitude said I would have to get that receipt from Booking.com whom I had booked the room. If a customer wants a receipt it should be given, how I booked the room should have no bearing. That $100 better be credited to my card this morning 24hrs after checked out. Also have coffee available all morning, even after the breakfast closes.

The location was excellent, the price was fitting for my budget, the hotel and room was cleaned to my expectations, I loved the comfort of the bed and the quietness on the floor I was on. The staff were very pleasant to work with and the check in process went quickly and smoothly. The breakfast was nice, the coffee was very excellent to the taste and hot the way I think coffee should be. To the employees and managers of this hotel please keep doing a wonderful job you all deserve more than a 10 star review. This hotel really impressed me. I will be booking with you guys again

Very modern and clean hotel as a whole! Check in was fast and easy. Mr.Romilo was very friendly,professional and helpful! Breakfast was amazing taste, options and quality! The best part was Ms.Charlotte! She loves her job and everyone she works with. The SWEETEST lady! She made everyone feel welcomed and comfortable and we are so glad we met her and got to chat during breakfast!

Our room could use a little more attention when it comes to cleanliness. Nothing to call the front desk about but someone’s underwear was in the closet!!

Charlotte in the kitchen and the AM gentleman made the stay incredibly awesome! They ELUDE hospitality! Check-in was a snicth and a smile! The breakfast, although continental in offering, it was perfect because Charlotte greeted everyone so warmly as if we came downstairs to have a family meal.

Breakfast was not too vegan-friendly. Would have loved a hot tub.....

Property was nice, and affordable. Front desk staff was very helpful.

At breakfast, I went last minute, because it ends at 9. The staffer running it was very rude, talking loudly as if she wanted everyone to leave. Then she began cutting off the juice machine, waffle maker, etc while people were still getting breakfast. She could have roped off the breakfast section, and let the people that made it in time continue getting breakfast.

I love the fact the staff is very friendly. Alisha greeted us Friday and gave a few suggestions about restaurants. Then, Ms. Charlotte on Monday morning was do warm. She spoke to each person and she gave conversation. She is a lovely woman.

I wish all the rooms had pull out sofas. Also, the rooms need to be updated to really reflect the pictures. Then, the ice machine not working on the 5th floor was a bummer.

I had a fantastic stay at this property! It was impeccably clean and located in a great area, with plenty of shopping nearby and just minutes from Concord Mills Shopping Center. The staff was exceptionally helpful and consistently checked in to ensure I was comfortable. The beds were incredibly clean and cozy. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

The complimentary breakfast was great. It wasn’t just cereal and waffles. The facility and the room was clean. The location was great and the staff was professional.

There were stains on the bed. The pull out bed didn’t seem to be clean as well so a little more attention to those areas. Other than that, everything was great for the price paid.

clean room, comfy beds, and plenty of room for 4 people with two queen beds and a sofa bed. Good breakfast and different options to choose from.

bed frames moved. I understand why they move, to clean and make the bed but it was comical to try to get in bed because they are higher than standard beds and moved when you went to get on them.

The breakfast was plentiful, hot and delicious. The rooms were clean, and the beds felt like we were sleeping on clouds. The location was nice and safe. We were in close proximity to the Northlake mall and outlets so it wasn’t a far drive to anything we needed. I would definitely stay there again.

The only thing I didn’t like is that we had to ask for room service but that’s all I could think of honestly.
