the location was awesome; the staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. the room was cleaned every day and had such a nice smell! The variety of food for the breakfast was amazing. i do not think one can complain. we loved our stay and enjoyed it a lot.

my back is sensitive so I did not like the fact that the mattrass was quite soft.

Slow service during the day for drinks after breakfast and between dinner. Salvador was excellent but only 1 person. Entertainment this year not so good. Location of entertainment within the hotel.

Location is quiet , food in restaurant both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The hotel is always very clean, all staff are very efficient and polite, I dealt with Alex mostly on reception and he was always excellent. The hotel has had a total makeover outside near the pool area great to see money being put back in to make the hotel more attractive , very well thought out. The Malibu bar is a great place to have a drink with nice views. Would definitely return.

A lovely hotel right next to the beach - beautiful views and excellent staff - very helpful - A big shout out for Mafa on Reception a lovely young lady- Alex on reception as well was very helpful

I thought there would be robes and slippers in the room - a lovely room , excellent bedding etc but needed a small touches

Stayed here one night while walking the Cami de Cavalls footpath. We had a room with a sea view; it's right on the beach. Lunch at the beach bar was lovely; we staggered in with our packs and were made very welcome. The Sant Tomas is a smashing hotel with a great buffet breakfast and buffet evening meal. You can walk the long beach to Son Bou and there is a dune system walk too. Bini Gaus beach is further along. Tip; if you're walking to Cala Galdana (or the reverse), the Official Cami path (red signs) takes you through wonderful cool woodlands, with birdsong and flowers, and the little coast path hugs the coast and drops down into the gorgeous beaches, so pick which you prefer, they are both beautiful. Thanks to all at San Tomas for making our stay so special.

Everything perfect!

The location is ideal. Half an hour to go to Ciutadella, half an hour to Mahon. Also having direct access to the beach is a real plus. The garden by the pool is very relaxing. Hotel was pretty full but never felt crowded. All staff - front desk, restaurants, bar, pool, technical, spa treatment, cleaning were not only very efficient and professional, but very friendly.

The breakfast. Was exceptional I loved it.We also decided to stay for evening meal which was equally stupendous. And we occasionally had lunch at the Malibu restaurant it was just as good.

That we couldn't stay longer.

Warm welcome from the receptionist and great tips on exploring the area both at check in and check out. Persons working there really like their job and want to take care of the guests. Rooms modern and clean with a great view out in the sea.
