It’s a really lovely and interesting hotel. The covered square in the centre with the large balconies around, make it quite special. The rooms are roomy and spacious for a short stay.

I suffer with a bad back and the mattresses were really uncomfortable. They are new, but just solid foam and offered little or no support. I didn’t get a good nights sleep even though they gave us anew room with twins instead of a double. The other thing that was sadly a disappointment was the breakfast. We stayed a Saturday and Sunday night. On the Sunday the breakfast was very good, no complaints. But on the Monday it was really poor and seemed to be mostly Sunday’s reheated or put out again. The bread and croissants were stale and there was little on offer.

Magnificent building, the lobby was really beautiful. lovely spacious clean rooms.

Haro as a town doesn’t have many food options in the evening, most people come for the bodegas that are only open in the day. So to find out the in house restaurant was closed (for our entire stay) was really disappointing. Not only that, no snacks/food were served at all, which doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel in terms of facilities. If we had known that in advance we wouldn’t have stayed in this hotel, as we really struggled to find anywhere decent in Haro (and therefore ate terribly).

This property has a long history of which we appreciated a great deal! The rooms reflect the character of the building. The atrium, dining area was wonderful!! We want to make a special thank you to the concierge Sonia, who was helpful and excellent in every way possible. She was simply the very best and contributed so much to our wonderful stay in Haro!!!

Amazing hotel, even better than the photos. Great location, lovely bedrooms, restaurant and food really good. Location ideal for visits to the many vineyards located in the Haro area.

There were no tea and coffee facilities in the bedrooms, and we could not get a hot drink from the bar at all times.

Good location, clean facilities and nice staff

The toilet flush is pretty noisy, you can actually hear the flushing toilet from other rooms, the bathroom faucet has a very high pressure which makes it a bit noisy too. The parking lot is not at the hotel building and it quite expensive (18€ per night)

Absolutely stunning building in the centre of Haro. The main hall/bar has a quite beautiful glass ceiling (compare to the British museum in London). The bedrooms are very large and spacious and very comfortable. We did not eat dinner there but had a drink and I think dining might lack ambience. The bar area was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful with us and our bikes.

Location is PERFECT and the hotel's history is really interesting. We enjoyed staying at the hotel and it was very clean. I think the most added value is the building itself rather than the rooms.

The rooms are a bit old-fashioned and plain. The beds are just OK, so honestly for the price of the hotel I was expecting better. No water bottle available in our room, that would've been really nice to have.

The room was of good size and it was quite at night. wifi was good and did not experience any problems. The hotel was close to many of the sites that we were interested in.

The hotel staff was nice but seemed to be standoffish. The room lacked a coffee maker. Room decor was a little outdated.

The hotel is very well located for exploring Haro, a mere stroll into the town. The rooms are airy and spacious, the beds very comfortable with excellent mattresses , bedlinens and pillows. Bathrooms equipped with good towels and toiletries. Breakfast is copious and the choice is endless. Coffee, even from a machine, was good.

We have visited Haro and stayed at Los Agostinos several times over the past years. We were a little disappointed this time as the hotel seemed "tired". The rooms are in need of a makeover, including paintwork, carpets and furnishings.The atrium, which has always been spectacular, lacked inspiration and looked merely dull. Some of the large sofas had been taken away, which had given an air of opulence to the room, and was probably to make room for more tables and chairs at the upper end. Missed the cheesecake and cava at breakfast!!

The location was within walking distance of the main square and the wineries. There was ample parking. The place was very charming especially the history of the building. The courtyard was a lovely place to have a coffee or a drink. The onsite restaurant was also very good and since we are from the US we appreciated the dining hours being a little earlier than traditional Spain dinner time.
