Great value. Close to Nishi-kasai metro so easy to get to centre of Tokyo. Also close to Disney Sea and Disney World. Would be excellent for business in Tokyo. Great Tonkatsu restaurant in Nishi-kasai mall as well. Plenty of amenities close by.

The bathroom was good! Big and everything i need, close of NishiKasai Station with good options of food and fun.

The receptionist during the day did not speak English. But everyone is Very polite and helpful. The Microwave was always dirt.

This was a very cool hotel. An extremely comfortable room with an elegant feel. The bathroom was awesome. Didn’t feel the least bit cramped though the room might have been slightly smaller. The decor was incredibly charming. The staff were courteous and they had plenty of amenities available. It felt separate from the surrounding area, like it was from a much fancier time and place. The station is a pretty close walk. I think it would be a nice place to stay for a few nights in a row.

The WiFi was a bit dodgy at times.

Staff was great, they moved our two beds together at our request online before we arrived because our twins just love rolling around and would definitely roll off the bed. Cleaners we're very great and helped us dig out toys from between the beds too. Price was also one of the cheapest.

Location wasn't the best. All the touristy things we wanted to do were all at least an hour train ride away. Our room was also really dusty and humid, no matter if we left the AC running while we were out or with the bathroom door closed and the fan running. After our stay, my laptop had a pretty thick layer of dust on the fans and a layer of dust on the keyboard, along with anything else we left out.

everything: starting from the excellent staff, both in reception and cleaning, reaching to the room dimension and furniture inside. bed really comfortable and pillow hardness like i love. headbox light is really a such nice feature and not common. soaps reloaded daily, same for optionals

unfortunately the rooms are not soundproof: i could clearly hear people outside the door and up on my head. but that's a common point all over the world, if i remember correctly, i only found 1 place in my whole life really soundproof

Close to the station. Staff very polite. Room was clean. Bathroom was mostly clean.

Only dirty part was in the corner in the toilet underneath the sink - just a dusty cobweb. Everywhere else was clean though.

Really comfortable and clean facilities. Staff were really friendly. Washing machine and vending machine facilities were easy to find and use. We stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks visiting Japan and found it found it incredibly satisfactory as a place to unwind after exploring Tokyo. Also easy to find as it is close to the nearest station we used to travel into the city.

Air conditioning could have been slightly cooler in temperature, and pillows could have been softer, but neither were unfomfortable and did not affect our experience or our stay.

Cleanliness and room was tidy.

Carpet in elevators look so sloppy/dirty, should be replaced. Thats the only thing I could find.

staff went over and beyond exceptional for being accommodating. your staff is like for 5-star service. very nice. very helpful. this hotel is like a 4-star in my rating. train is 5 minutes walk. Family mart is 1min walk or less. restaurants are all over the place.

The room is bigger than the average room in Tokyo. The bathroom is great. The location is great as it is near Nishikasai train station. There is a nearby supermarket where you can buy water and food. There is a nearby 7eleven, Family Mart, and Lawson. There are restaurants at Nishikasai station. You don't need to bring a hair dryer as it is included in the amenities. The toilet is modern (Toto Washlet). You can request safekeeping for your luggage prior to your check in if you came in earlier than the check in time (3:00pm). Same when you check out. There is a nearby mail office (near Nishikasai station).
