I have already booked a room at this villa for my parents more than once. They really enjoy staying here. It is a nice, quiet place with an excellent breakfast. They arrived at night, but he provided detailed instructions and a wonderful room where they spent their stay. Thank you for taking such good care of your guests!

Located 25 miniutes from the airport, we booked Villa Lulu to get a good nights sleep before a long trip the next day. Everthing was great. The place itself is really quiet and we slept well on comfy beds. Breakfast was adequet for the price. Top notch bathrooms.

If you arrive at night it's a bit disconcerting, very dark and small signs but just open the door to the Villa and it's all good.

It's in a very quiet old affluent subdivision of a town on the southern outskirts of Warsaw, away from traffic but only 20 min drive to Warsaw centre and a few min from E77 autoroute. Ample free parking inside fenced property. Comfortable beds, well appointed bathrooms. Breakfast is optional and you don't have book it ahead. We were only charged for adults and the kids (4 & 7) ate free. Rooms are on the ground floor.

Zero issues or complaints.

Quiet place. Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast is enough. For an additional fee, pets (dog) are allowed. Also allowed to visit the dining room with a dog. There are dishes and the possibility of cooking. The optimal option for an overnight stay outside Warsaw when passing through.

There were no things that would cause discomfort.

The villa has a big garden, which was the perfect playground for our dog. On arrival, we got all the instructions to enter the house and room. We got a free upgrade of the room without asking and could use the kitchenette.

Every now and then, a plane passes over the house.

Good-sized room, very comfortable. Kitchen facilities very good for guests to prepare what they needed. Interesting decoration gives a good feel to the house.

The design of the rooms and the decor of the hotel itself is very cozy. The room is bright and clean. Communication with the host was very friendly. Liked the location, the availability of parking, and the design.

The smell in the common room and kitchen was a little embarrassing, and the sound insulation from the common room is rather poor, but with a positive attitude, this does not affect a comfortable stay in this wonderful place.

The best hospitable host. Comfortable and clean house. with all the necessary things. They allowed us a late checkout at a good price. I recommend Viva Lulu to everyone

Breakfast was lovely, location is far away from Warsaw, but it works perfectly if you just need to stay overnight while travelling inbetween cities.

The walls are very think so bring your earplugs :D
