We were warmly welcomed by Madame, who was more than willing to lend us her clothes line since we had got wet cycling. The house is set apart from the village and you would need to drive to get to a restaurant - but that didn't matter because we were given a really delicious cold dinner with two sorts of homemade foie gras, a lovely salad with hard-boiled eggs, masses of tasty bread and a glass of wine. All for less than 20€ each. We ate outside in the evening with not a hint of biting insects. Our room was huge with a great shower and spotlessly clean. The beds did their job just fine, and we both slept like logs. Our bikes were stored undercover overnight. Breakfast had homemade yoghurt and jams to go with crusty bread, croissants, and pain au chocolates. Perfectly settlng us up for another day.

The owners are very friendly and work hard to maintain their property in a fabulous condition. The rooms are large, tastefully decorated, clean with fabulous comfortable very large bed. We had the evening meal which was delicious and plentiful. Likewise the breakfast was delicious and again plentiful. The accommodation is very rural and so totally peaceful and relaxing.

Good sized, comfortable accommodation with superb bathroom facilities and many extra, thoughtful touches. Powerful shower with plenty of hot water, comfortable large bed. Our accommodation was actually a little mini suite and had a separate WC and also a second bedroom with extra beds. We appreciated the kettle for hot drinks. The hosts were wonderfully accommodating and helpful and at our request made us a lovely evening meal for our arrival of cold cured meats, cheeses, etc which was delicious. Similarly, in the morning, we were provided with a delicious breakfast. We were travelling home after 2 weeks away so only stopped overnight but would have like to have stayed longer. Thank you!

It was exceptionally hot weather and although the room had an electric fan this was not very efficient and we struggled. The location was remote but a good look at the map does make this clear. We were sorry we could not stay longer as our drive from the accommodation back to the motorway revealed that the surrounding area or river, valley and gorges was breathtakingly scenic and so we would highly recommend as a place for walking or exploring further.

The room was in a barn, which has been converted to a very high standard. The layout of the room was pleasing, the lighting good. The bed was large, and comfortable enough (though a foam mattress). The bathroom was good, well-lit and spacious. Breakfast was good, including nice fruits and warm home-made cake. The owner kindly escorted us the last 2 km to find the house, which is fairly remote and very quiet in peaceful landscape.

Quite a long drive to find a restaurant open - but quite an adventure!

The host was a very lovely and accommodating lady. She made us an amazing 5 star breakfast! My children said 5 stars all round. They loved it just as much as us.

The host at this place were very nice and friendly, the room is very spacious and full of amenities, you have access to the garden and spaces around the house. We had also a nice breakfast in the morning. The location is accessible only by car, but it's a 15 minutes drive from other touristic villages.

Lovely place, very nice and comfortable. The owner was very kind. Breakfast was great.
