We booked on a short notice with dinner and breakfast. Dinner was a "Tyrolean dinner" with lots of meat, but my wife is a vegetarian. The staff was extremely friendly and prepared some vegetarian meal extra, really nice! The hotel has a spa including two saunas and a steam bath, all of these were clean and not so overcrowded. There were many families there with lots of children. The staff reminded the kids several times not to run through the hall, and to be a little less loud during playing games, which was truly ok! :-)

An excellent hotel located in a picturesque area not far from the Stubaier Glacier. Plus, there are trails for hiking and biking. Overall, the area is scenic, and the hotel itself is cozy. A big bonus is their in-house restaurant with wonderful staff, a spa, and a warm, family-friendly atmosphere.

The food was very good, also the position of the hotel, close to the ski area, there is a bus wich pick up the skiers directly from the hotel twice per morning. Very quiet hotel with amazing views.

Great location for both winter / summer experience. Nice wellness area. The rooms themselves are nice and comfy enough for couple of days.

Food is great, i liked swiming pool a lot, they have many kinds of sauna, and for short relax there is waterfall like 300m from hotel.

Restaurant was great! Hotel staff was happy to arrange taxi transfers. Good facilities for children, one playroom and a nice/clean pool.

The hotel is a solid 3 stars, with good food. The restaurant is the only part that is a genuine 4 stars. The bus transfers from the hotel (or from the main road, where buses were more frequent) were hard for small children, and very busy. Seating down was only possible sometimes. The hotel does not have its own shuttle, like some of the other hotels in town. Staff speaking limited English, which led to misleading instructions and delays - this seems to be the case for the entire area, unlike more international resorts like St Anton or Ischgl. Attention to details was lacking, like no shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms, hand soap only on request, supplies not replenished when doing up the rooms, broken safe, room phone out of order.
