Location

You booked us for a handicapped room so we had to change rooms as neither of us is handicapped. New room phone was broken, bathroom sink hardly drained. The breakfast buffet was a joke IMHO

The suite was big enough for me and my family , enough room for all of us to sleep and be comfortable. Coco and her staff were a warm welcome and made sure we were okay and if we needed anything if we asked. I appreciate the hospitality. Checking in and out were a breeze. Facility has Laundry, workout area, and a lot of shopping areas and restaurants around the hotel just in case we needed to grab emergency items or food or leisure. Overall the stay was great. I would come back to stay. 😉💛

It was decent.

If 5 people are in a room... Then 5 washcloths and towels should be provided... I should not have to go to the front desk to request them and then informed that they only give 2-3 per room... If those are the rules then don't advertise the room as accommodating 5 but only give supplies for 2-3 people.

Facilities were clean and the room was great. The staff were very helpful. The cleanliness of the areas like the ice machine and fitness area was great. Proximity to a lot of the places I wanted to go was a bonus

The area around the hotel was sketchy. The pool area being closed for part of the stay was not good and I believe the hot tub didn't work

Built-in Bluetooth speaker in the clocks tile in the Hallways carpet in rooms clean . Great shower and accessories will be back multiple times truly loved it.

The fact that I couldn't smoke in my room. Was a little irritant, and had to keep going outside in the rain and cold. The vending machine is only one by the front desk extremely expensive. Their are no vending machines on any floor. That one that is on the first floor doesn't take cash dollars only card .

The choices were great for buffet, many options to choose. Nice young lady keeping it well stocked.

The plastic utensils were flimsy. Hard to cut waffles and sausage for kids. No plastic cups with lids for toddlers to sip juice. Had to use coffee cup with lid for 2yr old.

The location of the hotel is nearby my kids school & shopping center

A/C wasn’t working properly Outlets didn’t properly work…my charger either didn’t charge When I found one that diddid work after a while the charger would go cut off & my phone wasn’t fully charged

The night staff was wonderful very helpful and nice

We had to change rooms the very first night because they had roaches in the room we made the staff aware of the problem and they switched rooms

I love staying at this hotel I love the rooms and the customer service!

It’s not that I don’t like it I just hear a lot of ppl complain about the breakfast, it could be better but it won’t stop me from staying

It was nice. Enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Staff was very friendly and professional.

They didn't have many snacks to choose from. I saw at least 2 Lil roaches.
