The breakfast is included, not a lot of options, mostly sugary, but is fine, the staff is great, they were all very friendly, the room was really big, an generally speaking was a good option.

I know this has nothing to do with the Hotel, but some guy above our room was jumping or something like that, and we could hear everything that he was doing, and he was doing that every hour, all the time, even late at night and early in the morning, it was really annoying; also the bed has some holes in the matress, not the best one.

Price is good. Hotel is generally clean. Breakfast is standard; no issues.

The only problem was the lady in the room next to mine had somebody (perhaps spouse) inside her room and she couldn't get in early in the morning (probably because she went out without the card and her spouse was a deep sleeper). She kept on yelling and banging on the door to get in. It made it hard to sleep. Not entirely the hotel's fault though. It's just the type of people you may end up with next to you.

Location wasn’t far from home and it wasn’t over crowded.

The beds were not that comfortable. They could have had more warm breakfast. It was only waffles and oatmeal that were warm. Maybe add eggs and more protein. Everything else was fine.

There are cockroaches in the bathroom. The bed had caved inwards

The door was unusable by the exit. I requested a ground floor room by the door but when we got to our room you could not use it. Very inconvenient. Also the beds were extremely uncomfortable.

My tv and wifi did not work well

The place was nice although the front staff could be more customer friendly. The elevators were down upon arrival and my spouse has trouble climbing stairs so that was a downer.
