The room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. There was a refrigerator and a microwave in the room The staff were very helpful. Very good value for money

It was 15 to 20 minutes away from restaurants. I knew it wasn’t close. But didn’t have many choices for this price.

Front desk staff made me feel so comfortable, like coming home to a friendly face. Bed was very comfortable.

Lots of hot water issues on my last extended stay. First no hot water several days. Then after fixing, scalding hot water alternating with cold, like the temperature is set too high, but there is no regulator to keep it from alternating scalding and cold….I assume because of someone else using the water? Made showering a nightmare and I was getting burned to just wash my hands or have to jump out of shower over and over.

The Hotel room was excellent, except for a small maintenance problem, the toilet flush handle was lose and needed adjusting after each flush, or the tank would continouly run. Beside the above small detail, the bedroom was clean and comfortable, so as the bathroom and living room and most of all morning breakfast was beyond excellent.

See above, the running toilet and may be consider installing a little HIGHER toilets. As a senior citozen I found it quite lower than standard.

breakfast time,STaff in advance collect belongings, no one eating when 9;30Am, but breakfast time is From 7:00---10:00Am.staff clean the area ,it makes me uncomfortable .but others are satisfied .

Room was clean

Pressure in the shower was horrible. I had to rub the shower head with a washcloth in order to get the water to come out of more than 5 holes. Furniture was definitely old and worn down. For the price, you would have thought it would have been perfect. Also, you have to pay for a subpar breakfast with no waffles.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Close to a lot of shopping and food.

The room was a little muggy. Breakfast was lacking because they were working on the cafeteria area.

I like the fact that when I arrived to the hotel, I received my room key. It was the wrong room. I notified the attended and they immediately fix it and placed me in the room in which I paid for.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Incredible, positive people work here. Hotel is very clean and nice. Second time staying here and will stay again!!

Location

Cold water in shower/tub didn't work, it was scalding. But in the morning I told them about it, they provided acess to the connected room and allowed me to shower there. They fixed the problem within a couple hours, was able to use it for the next 2 days.

The rooms,beds were really soft and comfortable;also clean and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Breakfast wasn’t free had to pay $14 for a little plate .
