everything was excellent : communications, check-in, parking comfy beds excellent view from the bed spacious room with well equipped kitchen clean bathroom, really good shower swimming pool on the 14th floor

It’s a great space, has parking free and easy access, lots shops around, swimming pools, fitness, children playing room, nice bathroom, comfortable bed,nice views from balcony with sunshine, in kitchen everything is needed.

The building is a little bit older but the apartment was very tidy and well decorated with a very nice view. The host was very attentive and thought about all the details. It’s very walkable with restaurants and the bay at a stone throws distance

It was an excellent apartment. 39th floor so the views are great. Central location in the middle of the financial district. Free secure parking. Everything you could wish for to experience city living in Miami

I can honestly say there wasn’t anything we didn’t like

The apartment was awesome. Just as described. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Couldn't ask for anything else with the apartment. Location was great, able to walk to.all the places we wanted to visit. Very nice.

Didn't like check in process. Security guard was extremely rude and the first guy we dealt with at the front desk was extremely unhelpful. We got there at 2:30. I stated in my email we would be there between 3-4pm. The 1st worker told us we had to wait til 4 to check in. No problem, we sat down to wait, but after less than 1/2 hour the Security guard rudely said we could only sit there 30 mins. This felt like an extortion for us to check our bags @ $5 per bag. After seeing me get upset a different front desk worker offered to check with the owner to see if the room was ready for us to check in. The room was ready and we were able to go to the apartment. This guard did that to several people sitting there which is not how anyone should be treated.

The apartment was tastefully decorated, bright, clean and lots of room. It was also well supplied with essentials such as laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent.

Could provide more coffee pods. With the two of us for five nights, we could use at least 10.

The location was great and perfect for our needs. We liked that the parking was included. The high floor was very nice and the unit very clean.

The view was amazing, even better than expected. Location is great, only 5-7 minutes walk to the Brickell Center. Enough towels, even washing machine and dryer are available.

Great location, excellent facilities (especially the shower & very comfortable bed), amazing views, friendly staff.

Expensive standard cleaning fee.
