Reception friendly and available from 9.30 till 6ish. Easy to park by the church. The walk into town was nice. Only about a 5 to 10 minute stroll. We drove to the beach as my mobility isn't great. Mostly flat apart from a rise to the apartments or steps via the church square. Apartments themselves were lovely. We had room 26 which was a partial sea view and on the 2nd floor so no one above us and only 1 apart next to us. It was a great view of the formosa where we saw flamingos and could hear them along with avocets from the balcony. We had a ring tailed dove nesting on the electric pylon just off the balcony. 5 eggs in the nest which was exciting to watch. They didn't hatch when we were there sadly. Hopefully the next guests looked after them! The beds were amazingly comfortable and different pillows meant you could have a softer or firmer one. Free in room safe was very useful and air con which was great as the evenings were cool. The maids cleaned very frequently and we were happy with the cleanliness. The pool area was stunning. Roof top views were lovely looking over the town and formosa. I'd be very happy to go back again.

This property is located a short walk from the train station, and was very easy to find. The self check in was well explained. All communication with staff was excellent. The apartment was spotlessly clean, warm (we stayed in winter) and very comfy beds. I was impressed that cleaning was offered every day. In the summer the pool and large roof terrace must be an added bonus. There was a lift to the upper floors for those who need it. My daughter and I had a great stay, we are so happy that we found this place, and will be back!

A credit card was needed to book directly in the reception, which was a bit confusing, so I booked our extra night on their website. The apartment wasn’t equipped with an iron or ironing board. Maybe consider a front door mat, to wipe sand off your feet before entering. An extra bin bag is always useful.

The location is superb. The accommodation was spotless and the room has air conditioning. There is a well stocked supermarket only 5 mins walk from the accommodation. The ferry to the island is only a 15 minute walk. The town centre with a great choice of inexpensive places to eat with a variety of menus. We didn't need a car. The accommodation is about 25 mins drive from the airport. Went to Tavira and Santa Luzia by Uber as that's a cheap way to get around.

We didn't use the TV screen. Does anyone use these anymore ?

Lovely, clean and well equipped studio apartment. Great to have some tea, coffee and water on arrival (more than my friends had at their very expensive villa not far from me!) Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, they loaned me an electrical adapter when mine failed. Check out was later than usual and I was able to leave luggage and use the pool before I left at 4pm.

My only disappointment was the small enclosed balcony, it had windows that I could open but no view. It would have been okay if another guest had not insisted on parking their car directly in front of the balcony - despite there being a car parking area a few steps away! Perhaps the staff could advise guests not to park directly in front of the ground floor studio apartments - be a little considerate to other guests! They didn't even change their parking space after they came out to get in their car and came face to face with me sitting on the balcony!

Spotlessly clean, spacious room and surrounding areas. All the staff were friendly and happy. It was good to see the cleaning team working as a team to clean rooms etc. They deserve praise for their hard work and commitment in keeping the place clean and tidy. I applaud them. The rooms are exactly like you see on booking.com. The swimming pool area is lovely, as well as the roof terrace which gives great views of the surrounding area. There was a microwave which we didn't use, a toaster, fridge, kettle, two plate cooking hob, plus all the utensils, crockery, pans etc. Generous size modern closet for clothes etc, bath with shower and large bath towels, plus towels for use of the pool. The air conditioning was very effective. It was a great stay.

I didn't like walking through the corridor as it was very hot with all the glass windows.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The place is immaculately clean. The location for us is great with a 10-15 min walk to the beach and quay and a 5 min walk to the main square. Some nice places to eat dotted about town all at very reasonable prices. The new pool is a nice addition to the property since our last visit. It's worth mentioning that the walk back from the square and beach has some quite steep bits or stairs involved if that could be a problem for you. The ferry trip out to the island beach is a must for any visitor to Fuzeta

There was nothing that we didn't like, but that's a personal opinion.

We loved our stay at Studios Salinas. Jessica was exceptionally helpful during checking in but also throughout our stay. She took time to explain everything we needed to know about Fuseta and gave great recommendations for places to eat and visit. The whole apartment was very clean and spacious. The pool was just amazing, never busy and very relaxing and refreshing. We took Jessica’s recommendation and did a trip to Barra Nova in the water taxi, a definitely a must whilst in Fuseta. Our stay in Studios Salinas was just amazing and would definitely stay again. Wish we could have stayed for longer.

Fantastic apartment in a great location and the balcony at the back was amazing! Really lovely find and really glad I stayed here; will certainly try and get back here. Staff at checkin were lovely and very helpful! Also got a bonus performance from the orchastra practicing behind the hotel which was amazing!

The neighbours were a little noisy above; scraping chairs at 6am which was a little annoying when you were trying to have a lay in! Not the fault of the team though just the bad luck of the night I suppose.

Spacious contemporary room with lovely balcony. Comfortable bed and crisp white bedding. Exceptionally clean and in a quiet location. Great for those wanting to be close to the town, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Definitely worth booking the superior room which have better views with balcony. Lovely views from the roof top and very reasonably priced. Great stay!

We Loved everything about our stay. Joanna was a great help. Lots of free parking. Entry was easy after hours. The studio was HUGE and so comfy, spotlessly clean, charming, and bright. Two burner stove, fridge, dishes and everything you need to make a meal from the compact, well equipped kichen. In a wonderful, quiet, and safe residential neighbourhood with excellent restaurants hiding around every corner. Great walking path at waters edge or just meander the narrow streets admiring the old porcelain covered facades of the neighbour's houses. A great place to stay long term, work with hi-speed internet, and drive from here to so many great spots along the coast, then return to this adorable apartment to relax on the large terrace.
