Great location within reach of all of the major places of interest and the riverside. The staff are brilliantly friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Manuel and Erica who gave lots of useful advice on restaurants parking and things to do. The rooftop bar and swimming pool are also terrific!

Who on earth has made the ridiculous decision about MILK??!! So you provide tea and coffee making facilities in the room but no milk. When you call reception you have to go down to collect it. The lovely waitress in the restaurant then says I’m sorry I have to charge you for it. UNREAL!! Does the corporate suit who decided this understand how much it undermines everything else which is brilliant??!! To generate what? €100 a year?

Lovely rooftop bar with excellent views of the surrounding area. The hotel is located in the centre of Olhao very close to the harbour and the old town cafes and restaurants. Staff members were polite and friendly and the room was excellent with great views and comfortable bed. Also loved the shower and the bathroom products, lovely scented shower gel.

I only have a couple of suggestions for the breakfast (which was otherwise excellent): please get another coffee machine as the one you have isn’t good. I’m not really a coffee connoisseur but the coffee this machine made was just very bad. Also having maple syrup on offer would be great - it’d go really well with the pancakes and bacon! Otherwise all good

breakfast brilliant, hotel lovely and clean, staff lovely, swimming ppol a waste of timre as you cannot get near it. people put towels down at 8 in morning and yo not use it. it is not controlled.

Room was very good for the price. Clean and comfy. The rooftop is very nice. I had the superior room with a balcony and it was good to have a spot outside in the sun during the morning, plus those rooms are located in the back of the building which means I didn't have noise from the street.

Definitely a problem with weird noises in the room, fan in the restroom couldn't be stop between certain hours and was very noisy, and some weird noises coming from the aeration system (water/bubbles sounds (?!), loud enough to wake me up during the night...). The staff told me they couldn't do anything about it. In short, bring earplugs ! A coffee machine in the room and/or free coffee in the main area would be a must for this type of hotel.

Lovely small hotel within 5 minutes walk of seafront bars and restaurants. Calming, spacious reception area with comfortable seats. The staff are fantastic special mentions for Alice, Tiago, Sonia, and Daniel. They made us feel so welcome and gave such a cheerful service. The beds are really comfy and the room spacious and clean. The roof terrace with pool and bar is an excellent place to relax. Breakfast was very good with plenty of healthy choices and for me the not so healthy but very tasty options.

The coffee machine in the breakfast room makes quite unpleasant coffee.

This was perfect for our needs. We were visiting friends who lived just a block away. The hotel is clean and new. The room was comfortable, minimalistic decor but had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the linens and towels were lovely. The hotel is located on a main 'city' street but easily walkable and only a few blocks from the waterfront.

The rooftop terrace offered great views but the bar prices were very high. The most we spent for an aperol spritz in 3 weeks of travel through Italy and Portugal.

The hotel was wonderful. Me and all my family loved the hotel and the staff. They were very polite, accomadating, and friendly. In particular Tiago. S and Thaiaz. A. They were both fantastic.

The breakfast was nice, but a bit more variety would be great Refills in the rooms for tea, coffee and milk would also be good.

Breakfast was very good with a variety of fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries as well as hot food. I loved the deco of the room and the hotel in general. Calming tones and minimalist ambience. The room is comfortable, clean and has everything you need The roof terrace is wonderful and you can enjoy stunning views of Olaho. The hotel is centrally located ..near shops, station, supermarket and ferry. The hotel staff couldn't do more to help. As we had an early flight, which meant we would miss breakfast, they prepared a packed breakfast for the airport. They also lent us a beach umbrella to take to the beach. Nothing was complicated or too much. It's the little things that make a difference.

What a gem of a hotel with its perfect location ambling down the traditional walkways with their bars/restaurants towards the marina front. Very modern/clean rooms with everything you need. Breakfast buffet was exemplary and well tended. The rooftop bar & lounge area was a very comfortable setting with nice views of the city. The rooftop pool area with the sunbeds is a fabulous addition & looks very classy. We had an early flight out & they made us up a takeout breakfast which was most appreciated, very attentive.

They have secure underground parking, at €20/day, but it cannot be reserved, only secured on arrival. We arrived at 1pm, ahead of a 3pm check in & there was no availability.... it was slightly annoying as after unloading outside the hotel we had to drive the car around looking for street parking, a little frustrating as the street outside the hotel is paid parking & very busy (although free at the weekends), free street parking is a few streets back (remember where you leave it!🤣).
