Great location within reach of all of the major places of interest and the riverside. The staff are brilliantly friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Manuel and Erica who gave lots of useful advice on restaurants parking and things to do. The rooftop bar and swimming pool are also terrific!

Who on earth has made the ridiculous decision about MILK??!! So you provide tea and coffee making facilities in the room but no milk. When you call reception you have to go down to collect it. The lovely waitress in the restaurant then says I’m sorry I have to charge you for it. UNREAL!! Does the corporate suit who decided this understand how much it undermines everything else which is brilliant??!! To generate what? €100 a year?

Lovely rooftop bar with excellent views of the surrounding area. The hotel is located in the centre of Olhao very close to the harbour and the old town cafes and restaurants. Staff members were polite and friendly and the room was excellent with great views and comfortable bed. Also loved the shower and the bathroom products, lovely scented shower gel.

I only have a couple of suggestions for the breakfast (which was otherwise excellent): please get another coffee machine as the one you have isn’t good. I’m not really a coffee connoisseur but the coffee this machine made was just very bad. Also having maple syrup on offer would be great - it’d go really well with the pancakes and bacon! Otherwise all good

breakfast brilliant, hotel lovely and clean, staff lovely, swimming ppol a waste of timre as you cannot get near it. people put towels down at 8 in morning and yo not use it. it is not controlled.

Room was very good for the price. Clean and comfy. The rooftop is very nice. I had the superior room with a balcony and it was good to have a spot outside in the sun during the morning, plus those rooms are located in the back of the building which means I didn't have noise from the street.

Definitely a problem with weird noises in the room, fan in the restroom couldn't be stop between certain hours and was very noisy, and some weird noises coming from the aeration system (water/bubbles sounds (?!), loud enough to wake me up during the night...). The staff told me they couldn't do anything about it. In short, bring earplugs ! A coffee machine in the room and/or free coffee in the main area would be a must for this type of hotel.

Everything! Loved that the floor of the room wasn’t carpeted, so this means the floors were always cleaned. Breakfast was simple but very nice. For someone with sensitive skin, fact that hotel was spotless, towels, linen and bed were not worn out/old was a big plus for me. Jessica, Tania, Sofia, Manuel & Daniel were superb. We picked the hotel for the location & was very impressed we got more than what we came for. Thanks Pure Formosa!

It would have been better if there was some variation for breakfast. The items were the same daily and meat options were only bacon and turkey/pork ham. Could be better to have simple chicken/beef sausage.

Absolutely everything. From location to spotless accommodation and very very friendly staff. Nothing was a bother. Lovely chilled atmosphere and short walk to the marina. Can't wait to come back and we have recommend it to others. Thanks to Tania Tiago and the other bar staff who we didn't get their names. But to be honest all the staff in the hotel were fantastic. Really made our holiday relaxing. The pool was a nice temperature and was never busy so again relaxing. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. The whole hotel was so clean. Thank you

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

Lovely small hotel within 5 minutes walk of seafront bars and restaurants. Calming, spacious reception area with comfortable seats. The staff are fantastic special mentions for Alice, Tiago, Sonia, and Daniel. They made us feel so welcome and gave such a cheerful service. The beds are really comfy and the room spacious and clean. The roof terrace with pool and bar is an excellent place to relax. Breakfast was very good with plenty of healthy choices and for me the not so healthy but very tasty options.

The coffee machine in the breakfast room makes quite unpleasant coffee.

What a delightful hotel on the nicest street in town. Convenient to waterfront and to train station. The staff was lovely; very helpful. The breakfast was good and the rooftop bar was a nice place to enjoy the sunset. I thought the wooden floor in the shower was a nice touch. Staff gave very helpful restaurant suggestions.

The placement of the shower bar was inconvenient. I kept bumping the faucet handle as I tried to use the shower. Also the placement of hand towels on top of bath towel was inconvenient when attempting to access bath towel.

The decor was lovely, white and cream, slightly minimalist but with warmth. The whole hitel was spotless.The roof top bar was lovely with great cocktails. Location was excellent. Staff at reception and in breakfast area were very pleasant. Bedroom was very well appointed and bed very comfortable. . Shower was amazing.

Nothing really, if I had to say something, breakfast was quite good but coffee from the machine was bad, and rooftop bar food was very limited. The rooftop bar staff are polite and very efficient, but some could be friendlier, a smile now and then wouldn't go astray.
