It was very clean and it had a nice shower. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The cookies were a nice touch. The breakfast was good, but the eggs were too salty the second day. The first day they were perfect, no salt added or very little. The coffee crafts always there were very good and also the tea. I like green tea. The TV was very nice in the reception area. The reception area was very comfortable and we did sit down there at night to read. Pretty with the fireplace. The thermostat was terrific! It cooled us out at night and kept us warm during the day. The elevators were quick. Nice and quiet at night.

The toilet was very short like a child’s toilet and hard to use. The toilet seat was very loose and ready to fall off which The receptionist said would take care of it and I’m sure they did. The bed was very high on a pedestal and I didn’t understand that. My husband and I struggled to get into it.

Check-in was easy. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The 11:00 checkout time was convenient. Cookies in the lobby were a nice touch. Location felt safe. This will be on our short list of places to stay when we visit the area, again.

Shower and bathroom walls showed age and need some of the same face-lifts that have, obviously, already been given to the sink/mirror area. The toilet was very slow to flush and didn't have much force. Another suggestion would be to have hot coffee available later into the evening and to leave at least two towels/washcloths per guest, (to start) in the room.

I was in Warner Robins for a medical procedure. Could not eat breakfast. My husband, however, went down and enjoyed a small breakfast to suit him. It was appreciated. The location of the Country Inn and Suites was excellent for our needs. It was easy to find Margie Drive off Watson Blvd. Country Inn and Suites is a very good looking hotel. A nice open parking lot. Very convenient. Our destination was just 3 miles down Watson Blvd. We noticed a very nice smoking section provided with nice outdoor furniture, large planters as ashtrays and a table. We were pleasantly surprised in that smokers are not generally encouraged to smoke around premises. We noticed smokers and non-smokers using the space. Very friendly and unexpected. The staff as we checked in and checked out were very friendly and helpful.

Staff in reception were very friendly and helpful, giving us restaurant recommendations. Rooms are a good size and well decorated, and the beds very comfortable. Hotel surroundings are clean and well maintained.

Its a bit disconcerting to have to be taken around your room as you check out by a member of staff to decide if you get your security deposit back. We were told it would happen when we checked in, but it still makes you feel like you've done something wrong, even when you haven't. Not had that happen to me before. Maybe its a new thing based on previous guests behaviour? Breakfast was pretty basic, and they had run out of eggs at 9am.

Everything was well managed by all of the staff. Great location and a nice quiet place to rest while traveling. Breakfast was always hot and menu changed slightly each of the 4 mornings.

It was our second visit here within 2 years and the hot tub wasn’t working again. Miss having a relaxing soak during our travels.

I loved everything about this stay..It was clean, quiet and comfortable. They serve breakfast and they come through daily to bring you fresh towels. This will definitely be a go to place from now on. It is also in a great location. Walking distance for food and shopping. Great Job

The stay had to come to an end, oh I just wish the linen was a little thicker. The room was so comfortable I didn't want to turn on the heat but middle of the night chills made me.

Everything was very clean and smelled so nice. The bed, pillows and bedding were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area is very close to restaurants and shopping. It is a well lit and safe area. Definitely recommend!

The price was reasonable. I didn't necessarily like having a $100 deposit, but it was returned quickly.

The housekeeping and front desk staff made a special effort to contact me as we were leaving the area, to inform me I had left a personal item behind. It showed me that they really care about their guests. The chocolate chip cookies were great too!

The weak coffee. Ironically, it turned out to be a blessing. We stopped at a coffee shop on our way out of town so we weren’t far away when the front desk person called to let me know I left something behind.

Comfortable room. Clean. Staff very pleasant and welcoming

The evening noise was interesting. It had nothing to do with the facility. I was just surprised due to the location how loud the traffic was

I liked that the hotel called me and asked if I would mind changing rooms, because they were working on the first floor. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very professional and friendly. Breakfast was good as well.

The bed wasn't that comfortable to me but my family slept well.
