It was nice, we liked the breakfast.

We did not like the fact that we could not do the check in easily since if you have payed on booking it’s not clear how to get the key card if you arrive after 23:00. Apart from that we would have preferred to have a queen bed instead of two single beds together, it’s not comfortable to sleep like that as a couple. And third, no options for allergies to milk protein, would be nice to have soy milk, rice or others.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent!! Very nice location(1hr from every place we ve been and walking distance from town centre) and easy access to the hotel.

Nothing not to like. Everything was just fine.

The family room is fantastic, perfectly located on the first floor with plenty of space for luggage and room to play!

We couldn't lock the hotel door from the inside which meant our nearly two year old could open the door to the hall way.

Location

Although we booked a room for two adults and a five-year-old child, the sofa bed was not prepared, and no sheets were provided for it. We had to request the bedding and make up the sofa bed ourselves

The interior design was quite unique, and I even asked the staff if the owner owned a farm because of the decor.

We did notice that an Asian staff member was a little unfriendly.

Proximity to transport and beautiful Old Town, nearby lovely park. Clean, modern and very comfortable. Very friendly helpful staff.

No laundry facilities and no tea/coffee making facility in room.

Location, comfort, cleanliness and facilities of the hotel are perfect. Ideal for those who want to explore the city or for business trips.

The interior design and facility are beyond our expectation. The staff is friendly. Close to the city center and train station.

unfortunately the hairdryer in our room did not work.

The quirkiness! I’ve never stayed in a hotel with a carpet of flowers! A short walk to restaurants, friendly and helpful staff.
